Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident Fail to Keep Right Main Street

Returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 10/11/2013 at 08:30am. The Potsdam Police Department received a complaint of the front lawn of the Natco building on outer Main Street being damaged. An ensuing investigation led officers to speak to Roy Gilmour who admitted that he was driving east on Main Street in the early morning hours of September 24, 2013 and he lost control of his vehicle causing him to drive on the lawn of the Natco building. Gilmour left the scene and failed to report the accident as well, he was issued traffic tickets for the above listed charges. Noelle T.
