ALERT THE COLLEGE AUTHORITIES TO ENTER YOUR JOINING DETAILS IF YOU HAVE JOINED. 2) FEE PAID ( IF ANY ) AND CERTIFICATES SUBMITTED WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE PHASE-2 ALLOTTED COLLEGE( If a new seat is allotted in phase-2) 3) FEE PAID IN PHASE-1 THROUGH CHALLAN WILL BE ADJUSTED TO PHASE-2 ALLOTMENT. DIFFERENCE OF FEE SHALL BE PAID(BY CANDIDATE) / REFUNDED (BY CONVENER)AS THE CASE MAY BE. FOR PROCESSING OF REFUND, CANDIDATE SHALL SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL CHALLAN TO THE CONVENER AT S.V.BHAVAN, MASAB TANK, HYDERABAD-500028 BY SPEED POST OR IN PERSON. 4) IF NO SEAT IS ALLOTTED IN EITHER OF PHASES, CANDIDATES SHALL COLLECT THE CERTIFICATES FROM THE HLC WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE ALLOTMENT OF PHASE-2 RESULTS. Will my Phase-1 options be considered for phase-2 allotment? Phase-1 options will not be considered for Phase-2 allotment. It is purely optional whether to participate in Phase-2 counselling [Refer above table]. Fresh options shall be exercised if you wish to participate in Phase-2. Can I retain the Phase-1 allotment after allotment in Phase-2? Please refer the above table. Can I cancel my Phase-2 allotted seat? You can cancel the allotted seat within one week from the date of allotment of Phase-2.

Can I participate in phase-2 after cancelling my Phase-1 allotment? If you have cancelled the phase-1 allotted for any reason, you can attend as a fresh candidate for certificate verification in Phase-2 and exercise options.

Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.

It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding.

Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by college or not by following the link View joining details in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.
