TERMS: Net 30 days with credit approval only. First time customers must provide a valid credit card
for the first order. We accept Visa & MasterCard Only.

DROP SHIP: Drop-ship to end-user is available. Fee - $5.00 per location, plus actual freight. (Fee may
vary due to size of items shipped.) Please call for details.
HANDLING CHARGE: $5.00 per order for orders under $200.00
RETURNS: Call for RA (Return Authorization) number. Phone: 765-473-6683. Return authorization
from the Redmon Company, Peru, Indiana is required before credit will be granted. All non-
warranty returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

LIMITED WARRANTY: W.C. Redmon Co., Inc. warrants to the initial retail buyer that this product is free from
defects in the material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) full year (excluding all Redmon
scales which have a 5 year limited manufacturer’s warranty) from the date of purchase. Its obligations under this
warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective part(s) of the product. It shall not be liable for any
consequential damages. The initial retail buyer may return any defective part. Returns due to defective parts must
receive authorization from W.C. Redmon Co., Inc. before return is made. This warranty is in lieu of any other
warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, and the corporation
neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for any other liability in connection with the sale or use of
this product.
