Tian Gong for Beginners

As you prepare to begin your practice and receive energy transmissions, calm your heart and mind, and relax your entire being. Then follow the steps below as you practice and receive transmissions: 1. First, bring your hands together in prayer position. With a heart filled with humility, gratitude, reverence, bow three times to the Universe and the High Wisdom Beings. 2. Prepare to practice Celestial Pagoda, Open Heart and Celestial Cross. Slowly relax your entire body, mind, and heart from head to toe. Release any pain or illnesses. Release all stress or sadness. Think briefly, I am a Tian Gong practitioner. I am connecting to Tian Gong and receiving the relay of high-energy information, which transcends both time and space. With a brief thought, gently send out sincere well-wishes and love to the Earth, humanity and all life. Then dissolve yourself naturally into a deep meditative or Qi Gong practice state. a. Celestial Pagoda Practice: Please download the Gateway Practice manual from the website for detailed information about the postures and how to practice. Intention during practice: Connect to the Universal, the Earth, and human energy fields b. Open Heart Practice: Stretch your arms out above your shoulders as though you were embracing the Universe. Tilt your head back slightly. If your arms become tired during practice, rest them briefly in the prayer position. Intention: Allow your heart to open and release love from within, radiating love for the Earth, humanity and all life on the planet. Feel your heart connecting and merging with the hearts of all Tian Gong practitioners and all beings everywhere, ultimately becoming one with the Earth Heart. The light of Great Love from the Universal High Beings shines upon the Earth Heart. All beings live together in peace and harmony guided by love. Our heart is the Earth, the Earth is our heart. We love and protect the Earth in the same way that we love and protect our own hearts c. Celestial Cross Practice with Celestial Language: Please download the Gateway Practice manual from the website for detailed information about the posture and how to practice. Celestial Cross Practice is used for making heart-felt apologies and asking for forgiveness. Through sincerely apologizing for our mistakes and forgiving those who have caused harm to us, we can bring about deep soul cleansing and healing. As you engage in this practice, it is recommended that you set the following intention: On behalf of humanity, we sincerely apologize to the Universe for our mistakes from all

lifetimes. We urge everyone to apologize to the Earth, the High Beings and the Universe. It is most effective to use Celestial Language in combination with Celestial Cross Practice for apology and forgiveness, because Celestial Language is the language of the soul and contains Celestial healing energy. If you are unable to speak Celestial Language, then you may instead set a gentle intention: Before the Universe and the Earth, I cleanse and heal my soul(add your own words of apology and forgiveness here). These three practices take about ten to fifteen minutes. If you have time, you may do a longer practice. The most important thing is sincerity. With genuine sincerity, less time is required. Without sincerity and with an excess of distracting thoughts, then the practice will be less than satisfactory regardless of how long the practice is. After soul cleansing, sit cross-legged, in a chair, stand or kneel while gently closing your eyes and relaxing your entire being. Enter the Tian Gong energy field and join the large number of practitioners who have already arrived. Dissolve yourself once again into a deep meditative or Qi Gong practice state and receive the transmissions
