CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All classes are formatted for all levels and abilities unless noted.
AQUA FIT: A shallow water exercise free from impact. AQUA TONE: Take your gym routine into the pool. Total body toning in the heated outdoor pool. AQUA FUSION: 1 hour of cardio conditioning in the indoor pool followed by 30 minutes of toning outside. AERIAL ACROBAT: Performed on silks this class offers more acrobatic moves and Positions, lots of inversions and creative postures. Sign up required. AERIAL YOGA: Yoga, stretch & flexibility done on silks to increase your range of motion & burn major fat! AYO: Discover your energy, balance, control & strength. This class combines pilates, yoga & tai chi. Become more focused & energized. BARRE FLOW: A fusion of Pilates & ballet to build strength, flexibility & balance. Meet you at the barre! BODY BLAST: A total body workout fusing weight training & functional fitness into one workout. BOSU CARDIO FUSION: Bosu & Cardio together with strength training, plyometerics & intense core work. Total workout! BOSU BOOT CAMP: Game on! Hardcore cardio interval drills & strength training segments. Get ready to work your tail off using the BOSU trainer & more. BOX FITNESS & ABS: An intense combo of martial arts, kickboxing & strengthen conditioning - 500 cal burnfollowed by 15 mins of crazy ab busting exercises. BRAZILIAN BODY BLAST: A total body workout using ankle weights, just like they do in Brazil! Get that Rio beach body with Mafalda. BUFF YOGA: A fitness lass that offers a combination of Yoga & Strength Training. CARDIO BARRE: No impact excercises using the ballet bar & light weights. Get long & lean like a dancer. CARDIO TENNIS: Take it to the courts! Brad leads 2 weekly tennis boot camps for a big athletic burn. CORE ESSENTIALS: 100% core & abs work to strengthen & toneyour core. CYCLE: High energy indoor cycling class that will increase your cardiovascular endurance & muscular strength. Located in Quarry Room. CYCLE EXPRESS: Quick & effective - in & out. You will feel the burn. CYCLE REVOLUTION: A spin on (no-pun intended) Soul Cycle, this class has great energy & spirit that will empower you every time. A candlelight cool-down finishes the ride. DANCE THEATER: Once a month Caite will take you to the theater & teach great dance choreography. Easy to learn moves that will build up month after month... dont be late for rehearsal! Dates will be posted. DRENCHED- FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: Cardio, core & lots of sweat when you do this class. And yes... you will be drenched! FIT-X: If you like Cross-Fit, you will love this dynamic circuit training session. HIIT TABATA: Intense core cardio drills/High Intensity Interval Training. Fat burn! HI/LO PUSH: Pure cardio from start to finish. Easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to great music. HOLISTIC STRESS MANAGEMENT: Find that inner peace. REBOUNDING CARDIO CIRCUIT: Non-impact cardiovascular exercises performed on mini trampolines. All levels and great fun. SPINNING EXPRESS: A quick spin.. out in 45 min. Great if you are crunched for time. TEAM MEAN HIIT: Fit? Take it to the next level with this insanity workout. THE METHOD: 75 mins of non-stop movement- 40 mins of Hi-Lo funky cardio, followed by 35 mins of unique muscle shaping techniques for a major calorie burn & total body workout. TURBO KICK: Funky intense cardio conditioning with cardio blast. This will set your fat on fire! TURBO SCULPT: Pump it up! All weights. This fast paced class will build muscle & tone you up.
