"Purchaser" by performing a set consisting of ______songs, in which "Purchaser" agrees

Cancellation Information:
Purchaser further agrees in case the scheduled event is postponed, or canceled,

scheduled event has been changed to an alternate date, "Client" agrees to re-negotiate

Accommodations:
"Purchaser" further agrees to provide four (1) roundtrip airline tickets and (1) single suite
in a 4 star hotel.

Ground Transportation:
Purchaser agrees to supply all local ground transportation as required. (To and from
airport, venue, hotel, and any and all promotional activities)
Dressing Room:
Purchaser will provide ___________________________ with an adequate dressing
room with a door that can be locked and items secured while
_______________________ is performing and shall be accessed by authorized
persons only. Said dressing room is not to be shared with any other artist/groups or
individuals.
Purchaser agrees to provide _____ bottles of water and _____ towels in the dressing
room area. In addition to providing 2 hot meals consisting of ______________ for the
day _____________________ will be attending scheduled event.
Sound & Stage Equipment:
Purchaser agrees to furnish at his sole cost and expenses the following items:

1 DJ mixer
1 Serato Scratch Live setup w/laptop stand
platform riser for DJ w/Boom Mic Stand 1 mic and one monitor

Merchandising:
_____________________________, shall have the sole and exclusive right to sell and
distribute merchandise of any kind at the engagement including without limitation.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Artist shall retain 100% of the gross receipts
resulting from the sale of ____________________________merchandise. Purchaser
shall provide, a well lit, secure, prime location and table for the sale of merchandise
Miscellaneous:
"Purchaser" further agrees not to video tape ______________________________
performance unless "Purchaser" notifies _____________________________ 60 days
prior by written notification, thereby compensation will be negotiated as to an agreeable
sum for ________________________________ videotaped performance.
Absolutely no advertising until 50% deposit is paid, without prior written consent from
