There are three methods to view the size of your mailbox. You may view the size of your mailbox by accessing the Mailbox Cleanup option, by right-clicking on your mailbox name, or by using the Folder List. The three options are listed below. The total size of your mailbox, which includes email, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, and folders, is 512MB for employees and 256MB for graduate students. At 486MB an email warning will be sent prohibiting the user from sending and receiving email. You may reference email quota notification below under Other Useful Tips.
Find the current size of your mailbox by using the Mailbox Cleanup option;

4. -The Local Data tab is defaulted. -Click on the Server Data tab to obtain the size of your mailbox items stored on the Exchange server. The program runs to verify size of your mailbox. Note: Please be patient while the program runs. It may take several minutes. 5. The total size of your mailbox is displayed in kilobytes.

3. Scroll down until you see the items below the list of folders.
