Method: Our research methodology required gathering relevant data from a twenty-one questionsbased survey and compiling databases

in order to analyze the material and arrive at a more complete understanding of how nurses verses nurses aid feel toward their patients oral and dental health. The survey itself was divided into two portions. The first portion, was short-answers question to give us a sense of the demographics of the facility. The second portion was a multiple choice question on how nurses and nurses aid feel towards the patients dental care in the facility and if they have received enough training to treat dental emergency. The surveys were distributed to nursing homes in both Columbus and Cleveland areas. Then, the surveys were gathered and separated into two groups. The first group was nurses responses to the survey. The second group was nurses aid responses to the survey. The responses got documented and graphed to give us a clearer view of how both nurses and nurses aid feel towards their patients oral health in each facility.
