Customer - What is GPFI/How do I get benefit? If I get a call from ……….number will
I get money?
Champ – This benefit is available ONLY with Virgin Mobile wherein you get FREE talk
time for all incoming calls at the rate 10p /min. You can use this talk time to make local,
std or ISD calls, send sms or download VAS .All this at No extra or hidden cost!
For welcome call –
With Virgin Mobile you get paid on incoming calls at the rate 10p /min. You can use this
amount for any kind of usage- local, STD or ISD calls, sms or VAS.
This benefit is available on incoming calls from any network except TATA (landline and
mobile) .This is not applicable while on roaming.
Customer – will I get a credit if I get a STD or ISD call?
Champ – Yes of course!! You will be paid for receiving calls from std as well isd.
Customer – I have a TATA number, if I call on my Vmi number from that, will I get paid
for it ?
Champ – <check the MDN activation date and customer profile and communicate
accordingly to customer the appended information>
Mr/Ms…It will be applicable on all incoming calls other than calls from Tata Indicom
mobile and landline subscribers.

would like to know if your TATA number is on TATA to TATA free plan?
If customer says yes then communicate – Oh! You Know Virgin Is the youth brand of
Tata Indicom and since you are already availing the benefit of Free calls between TATA
to TATA mobiles, this Get paid benefit is not applicable here.
Customer – But I am calling from TATA to Virgin…why should I not get the benefit
then?
Champ – Mr/Ms…Keeping in mind the customer satisfaction and business benefits , we
have decided to stop applying this benefit to TATA subscribers.
Customer – what happens if I am not on a tata to tata free plan?
Champ – <Check the activation date, (This is currently applicable for activations between
Apr ’08 and Sep ’08)>
if you are not on a TATA to TATA free plan in that case you will definitely receive the get
paid credit.

Customer – I am your retailer, I am not getting Get paid benefit. Why is it so ?


Champ -<Check customer profile and communicate > Get paid benefit is applicable
exclusively to our VMI customers. Since you are our business partner that is the reason
the Get paid benefit is not applicable for you.
(This would be effective on all calls received from 1st September and processed on and
after 2nd September 2008, All Demo Profiles (Distributor, retailer & FOS) would now
get zero GPRC credit for calls received from TATA Nos)

• Virgin customers will be paid 10 p for every incoming minute in their home
network!

• The Talk time can be used for any type of usage-Local, STD, VAS, Data, SMS

• Customer will be credited with talk time at the end of every day post 00 hrs

• (The customer will be informed through an SMS intimation the next day).

• Yes...There is no limit to the credit the customer will receive for getting incoming
calls

• Only if the champ is asked more Questions on GPRC by the customer….


• Will it be applicable for all incoming calls?
It will be application on all incoming calls other than calls from Tata Indicom mobile and
landline subscribers

The customers will not get credit on incoming calls that are on the Tata to Tata Free plan.
The customer will get credit on incoming calls from Tata network if the caller is NOT on
the Tata to Tata Free Plan.

• How will it work? What is the calculation for the same ?
The daily credit will be made on a per second basis the following day with an SMS
intimation for the amount of credit.
Note: Credit calculation will be on per second basis. (eg: for an incoming of 90 sec for a
given day, sub will receive 15paise credit)
• Is there any limit to which the credit will be passed?
There is no limit to the amount of credit one can avail through GPRC. Moreover the
amount credited to your talk-time can be used for ANY kind of usage – Voice, SMS,
Data, VAS, etc.
