Behavior of organization is study about behavior of human in organization setting, how human behavior to interacted with organization and these organization. McGinnis said in his book Organizational Behavior and Management Thinking that explain about behavior of organization is a large management that study about how human to act in behavior of organization. Manager can use theory and knowledge about behavior of organization to increase practice of management be an effective. Behavior of organization is a act and attitude human in organization. The scope of behavior of organization is knowledge that come from act and attitude. This issue can help manager to appreciate complecticity of organization, identify of problem, and desicive the best step to recovery them. So, behavior of organization is behavior creates from these organization. Characteristic that influence of organization is a behavior of organization. 2) Organization culture Organization culture is defined as the system of shared values (shared values are the set of coherent velues held by members of the organization that link them together) and beliefs that develops within an organization and guides the behavior of its members. (French, 2005)
