Financial Performance: The Company booked net income

amounted IDR 1.141 trillion in 2010, increasing from IDR 768
billion booked in 2009.
Brief History: PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AOP) is the holding company of component group of the Astra Group, which
was established in 1996. This company was a result of consolidation and merge process of PT Federal Dinamika Lestari,
PT Astra Pradipta Internusa, PT Astra Persada Nusantara and
PT Astra Multi Trading. As the largest group of automotive
parts manufacturing and distributing companies, AOP includes
27 subsidiaries and as of March 2004 employs 19,976 people.
AOP produces a comprehensive range of forged, cast, electrical, rubber and plastic automotive parts, encompassing original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and replacement market
(after market) automobile and motorcycle parts for both domestic and export markets supported by highly professional
management team that insists on a high level of transparency in
all their dealings. AOP customers include sole agents and vehicle assemblers (ATPM) in Indonesia such as BMW, Bimantara,
Chrysler, Chevrolet, Daihatsu, Daewoo, Ford, Hino, Honda,
Hyundai, Isuzu, Kawasaki, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi,
Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Suzuki, Toyota, Vespa, and Yamaha as
well as OEM customers worldwide.
