"They are either Beamed light power from craft to craft" The giveaway is that they are using beamed light power to keep them in flight. If your being targeted and you are going to report your attack to the authorities, DO NOT report that you are hearing voices. Just report the DEW part of the attack. If you say your hearing and seeing things you are likely to be sectioned into a psychiatric hospital for obvious reasons. Most TI's I know have confirmed they experience much worse DEW at peak electricity grid times (6-8am in the morning seems like the time that they get hit worst with DEW)
