Hrmann sliding gates in a sophisticated design

The ideal protection for wide passages Hrmann sliding gates made of stable steel profiles are delivered as a complete element with an opening width of up to 16m. Thus, with 2-element versions, a width of 32m can be attained. The construction is self-supporting. Your advantages: very little foundation work, no guide rail fitting, no gate travel malfunctions due to ice, snow or heavy soiling. Always optimally aligned Pre-tensioning the gate leaf construction reduces the distortion. A tension element allows the height of the front edge to be corrected retroactively. The gate leaf is precisely positioned in the entrance. Electric operator HSA on request with press-and-hold or impulse control The operator is fitted into the load-bearing bottom beam, concealed and weather-protected. Optimum transmission of forces without play, low maintenance worm gear with flanged 3-phase current motor and release for manual actuation are the hallmarks of the HSA. Everything comes completely fitted: operator and control pre-wired, control box/cabinet as a waterproof unit. With automatic control, five self-monitoring closing edge safety devices offer you a high safety standard. Colour palette based on RAL You can choose between 7standard colours as well as special colours available on request.

Safe automatic control

Aluminium guide rollers* are attached on the top edge of the gate leaf on both sides of the gate, preventing direct contact between the track rollers and the highquality gate coating. This preserves the gate's attractive look.

Five self-monitoring closing edge safety devices stop the gate instantly even on encountering the slightest resistance. This ensures the highest safety for persons and vehicles.

*I ncluded in the scope of delivery with typeHS, optionally available with typeHSS/HS Alu.

Safe control electronics

The electronic control system is integrated into the post. It is located on the yard side. To carry out maintenance or adjustment work, the front flap must only be unlocked. An individually coded hand transmitter makes opening the sliding gate from the vehicle especially convenient for the drivers in your company vehicle fleet. This is a great advantage for frequently used gates. Innovative gate technology

The difference is in the detail

Manual operation in case of power failure In case of power failure, you can quickly and easily switch the gate from electric to emergency operation. Then the gate can be opened or closed in manual emergency operation with very little effort.

Sliding gate operator integrated invisibly into the bottom beam This is not only the most attractive solution, but also offers more protection from adverse effects of the weather and unauthorised access at the same time (see figure on p.3).

Heavy-duty polyamide track rollers Polyamide is a wear-resistant material, thus low in wear and maintenance. Together with the double ball-bearing, it guarantees quiet travel.

Specially coated track rollers Thanks to the elaborate roller bearings of the plastic track rollers in enclosed housings, your extremely smooth-running door features noise protection.

Contact strips The contact strips on the gate leaf and guide post prevent accidents and material damage by opening and closing gates. This is possible thanks to five contact strips mounted on the gate leaf and guide posts.

Accessories on request

Climb-over protection Climb-over protection consists of a 50-mm-high spiked ledge, which is welded along the entire length of the top beam.

Flashing warning light The installed flashing warning light serves as a safety precaution to prevent accidents.

Fence fixing The fence fixing attached to one side of guide post or front post is perfectly matched to the gate's design.

LED rotating warning light On request, the rotating warning lights, fitted to the base of the guide post, are also available with a protective cage.

Side pedestrian door The single-leaf door is 1000mm wide and available in heights from 800 2400mm.

Warning strips The red/white reflective warning strips are attached to both sides of the bottom beam.

Intercom To enable visitors to communicate with the gatekeeper or the reception, the intercom can be fitted in the guide post or the front post.

Yearly timer Switches automatic operation ON/OFF, takes holidays into account

A basic version for a door width up to 9m

Hrmann's sliding gate HSS consists of high-quality individual components and requires a comparatively low investment sum. The HSS sliding gate offers a convenient package at a streamlined price and fits beautifully and harmoniously into your premises. It is in no way inferior to sliding gate HS when it comes to safety and quality. Depending on the width of your entrance, you can choose between two gate types and additional equipment options:

The new Hrmann aluminium sliding gate HSAlu is an alternative for large gates. With the patented modular design of the bottom beam, gates with a clear passage of up to15m can be produced inexpensively. The silver strip gives the heavy-duty doors a distinctive, delicate look. You can choose between four gate types and many accessory variants, depending on the width of your entrance:
