Worked with the Project Management group and the business to define scope and requirements for improvements in efficiencies and productivity through changes and additions to various information management systems. Coordinated QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) through implementation. Assisted business in analysis of current processes to develop improvements. Facilitated JAD and JAR sessions to gather requirements and design details. Served with a team of BSAs to develop a new front end loan boarding process (new GUI interface) and an automatic search process to put Taxer Ids and Tax Ids on new loans without human intervention. This new process changed a 100% manual exercise to a 60% automatic process nationally. Developed a new GUI interface for the search process to replace the existing green screen interface with a number of improvements to help automate the largely manual process, increase quality, and increase productivity by removing the data entry task by uploading to the loan database directly from the field.

Conducted a Joint Application Requirements (JAR) for a large project Search Work Automated Processing (SWAP) which was used to allow field personnel to load Taxer ID/Tax ID (Real Estate Taxers) information gathered at the Taxer location and then uploaded each day to new loans replacing the totally manual process using paper (reducing manual processing by 80%). Supported the new SWAP process through implementation and production for two years for 200 field personnel. Worked with Mainframe applications with both GUI (Graphical User Interface) and green screen interfaces. EDUCATION Bachelor of Arts - Rockford College, Rockford IL
