Introduction & Rationale

TheCATCPlanprovidesaframeworktosupporttheuseofinstructionaltechnologyinyourschool.Itisalsousedto gatherinformationtobuildcentralplanstosupportandfacilitateschoolplans. YourCATCPlanshouldbealignedwiththeWRDSBSystemImprovementPlanandthegoalsofyourSchool ImprovementPlan.WhenplanningforyourDigitalLearningFocus,ProfessionalLearning,NetworkingRequests,Software Requests,AppRequestsandAdditionalPeripheralsensureeachareaalignswithyourSchoolImprovementPlan. TheCATCplanisalsoadocumentthatshouldbeusedthroughouttheyearwhenmakingadditionalpurchases,planning professionallearning,addressingnewinitiativesanddevelopingpartnerships.
