EXPERIENCE: Brooklyn Dog Walkers, LLC November November 2010 July 2013 Founded concierge dog walking and pet sitting business that quickly grew to over $250,000 in annual revenues through the practice of five star customer service and highly effective social media, mobile and local search marketing. Responsible for sales, marketing, branding, customer relations, recruitment, scheduling and day to day management of the business. Successfully marketed and sold the brand and operations in July 2013.
Willow Club - April 2009 November 2010 Project Director and Director of Sales. Lead team that worked closely with the owners of Willow Hotels in conceiving and determining the feasibility of and subsequently launching a first of its kind concept in shared use of suites in 3 boutique hotels in New York City coupled with points based access to Luxury Box seating at all of New Yorks premiere sports and entertainment venues. Coordinated design and opening of award winning multi-media sales gallery. Served formally as mentor to two members of the New York sales team which resulted in improvement in their 2007 sales production in excess of thirty percent.
