2013 Global Speakers Summit - Terms of Agreement 1. CAPS Agrees to grant the Partner the following rights: One (1) product table/display in common area available from Sunday December 8th until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 (includes electricity and Internet); Participation in opening night networking reception; Logo to be used in convention material including website, program and registration information; One item to be placed in convention attendee package (you print and deliver it at your expense); Copy of electronic convention attendee list (of those who opt in to third party mailings) approx. 3 weeks prior to Convention; 1 registration to the Global Speakers Summit including sessions and meals (note: not applicable to Sunday only Exhibitor package) 2. As part of their partnership, the Partner agrees to provide: Electronic logo for CAPS to use in promotional materials (received and on website) Any other items as required from Section #1 above 3. This Agreement: (i) The Partner acknowledges and accepts that CAPS is engaged in other merchandising and advertising activities in relation to this Event and CAPS accordingly may deal with such rights in relations thereto entirely at its discretion subject to the rights granted to the Partner under this Agreement. (ii) This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and may be varied only by the prior written consent of both parties. (iii) The terms of the Agreement contained in this document are strictly confidential between CAPS and the Partner and may not be divulged to any third parties without the prior written consent of both parties. (iv) This Agreement shall not constitute or establish a partnership between the parties. Neither party shall be entitled to represent or hold itself out in any way as acting on the partys behalf. (v) Neither party shall be liable to the other for failure to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement due to any cause outside of their control or which it could not have prevented, i.e.: Act of God, disruption of travel services and other related interruptions that would otherwise hinder the implementation of the agreed upon obligations.) 4. Cancellation of this CAPS Strategic Partnership Program by either party will cease this Partnership. The original deposit and any subsequent payments would not be returned. 5. Exhibit Hours are Sunday December 8th 4:00pm 10:00pm, Monday - 7:00am 5:00pm, Tuesday 7:00am -3:30pm. You cannot disassemble your booth until 3:30pm on Tuesday. Exhibit area will be closed to all exhibitors at 4:45pm on Tuesday.
