The CCD Employee Benefit Card enables Cafe Coffee Day employees to enjoy & experience the products and services at Cafe Coffee Day for themselves as well as their family members just like our esteemed guests A 25% discount benefit option will be given to all eligible employees. This discount is applicable for Food, Beverages and Select Caf Coffee Day Branded Merchandise. Eg: BLACK COFFEE TIMES Eligible SIPPERS Eligible CCD DAIRY - Eligible TWIX CHOC BAR Not Eligible FRIENDSHIP STICK - Not Eligible WRIGLEYS ORBIT PEPPERMINT - Not Eligible

Eligibility for Employee Benefit card All Cafe staff of Cafe Coffee Day will be eligible in the sixth month of joining All confirmed Junior Executive in support are eligible on confirmation All Area Managers and above in Operations are eligible in the first month of joining All Executive and above in Support team are eligible in the first month of joining

Where can the Employee Benefit card be availed Employee Benefit Card is applicable in all cafes, except those which are currently having discounted facility. They are as follows: o Corporate cafes (Those having existing discount facility) o Coffee Day Square Canteen Benefit limit of Employee Benefit card Designation wise eligibility to spend up to Rs.2000 in a month and get a benefit of Rs.500 (Or 25% of total amount) are as follows: o All Executive & above among Support employees o Area Manager and above in Operations Designation wise eligibility to spend up-to Rs.1000 in a month and get a benefit of Rs.250 (Or 25% of total amount) as per eligibility: o All Cafe staff employees o Junior Executives in Support Un-availed benefit amounts will lapse at the end of the calendar month and cannot be carried forward. Each month the benefit amount will renew.

Features of Employee Benefit card The card has a bar code The card has a magnetic strip It is the size of a normal credit/debit card The Bar code number will have the specific employee code of the user

How the Benefit card will be treated at Cafes The bar code will have to be scanned at the Caf to avail the benefit. Once the Magnetic strip reader facility is available in all cafes; then the Magnetic reader facility will be used and bar code scanning facility will be withdrawn

Activation process for Employee Benefit card The Employee Benefit Card will be pre activated by the MIS team and then dispatched to the employees. The MIS team will add the barcode number to the database on POS. Deactivation process of the Employee Benefit card At the time of exit formalities, the employee will be asked to return the card as a mandatory part of the clearance process and this will be signed by the Regional HR Team The returned card will be immediately destroyed by the Regional HR Personnel Once employee leaves the organization; the information regarding employees exit whether informed/uninformed will be passed onto the MIS Team Those employees who abscond or leave the organization without informing; then the cards will be deactivated based on employment status on a monthly basis by the MIS Team The MIS Team will deactivate all cards who come in the Left employee status as per Payroll records by sending data to Pace Automation Please note: -All Caf staff (Who are confirmed employees), eligible for the benefit, are requested to get in touch with your Area Manager/Area In- Charge so as to collect the Employee Benefit Card -All Office staff members, eligible for the benefit, are requested to get in touch with your Regional HR so to collect the Employee Benefit Card
