Balance my boyfriend moving to Henderson and taking care of our pets 2. Build an exercise regimen, 3 x a week. Finish my groupon for Body Barre classes before December 1. Complete a Professional Portfolio that I am proud of and can build on 2. Begin networking with current OTs in the Henderson area threw volunteering and opportunities through Touro 1. Continue to have high standards for myself in academic and practical settings, my goal is to stay above 90% in all my classes 2. Take advantage of volunteer opportunities and get involved with the Henderson/Las Vegas communities 1. Explore the southwest! Visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona National Park, Red Rock, etc. 2. Go country western dancing at Stoneys whenever I get a chance

Year 3 Personal 1. Begin paying back my undergraduate & graduate student loans, 10 year plan 2. Stay in touch with my cohort mates when we all move away from each other 1. Find a job in an entry-level acute or setting with good benefits 2. Start specialization training in neuro - OT 1. Pass my NBCOT exam in the first year out of school 2. Take neuro-based continuing education classes, learn more about stroke intervention

1. Travel to Europe to visit my best friend before settling into a career 2. Learn to play an instrument (piano or ukulele)

Year 5 Personal 1. Be settled, and hopefully close to my family in Oregon 2. Have a sense of balance between my home life and work, find a church to be a member of 1. Work in a setting with a neurological focus. I would really like to work with patients who have suffered CVA, TBI, or SPI. 2. Get involved in research related to neuro, specifically on discovery learning post CVA 1. Possibly pursue a doctorate degree in OT, I may like to teach 2. Help advocate or establish more OT graduate programs in Oregon 1. Explore parts of Canada and Alaska 2. Find a farmers market in my area to shop at on the weekends

Year 10 Personal Career 1. Be married & have a family 2. Own my own home and property 1. Work in a setting with a neurological focus. Be an OT that will act as an FE for Touro students 2. Attend the AOTA conference annually or bi-annually, hopefully present research 1. Stay active and take advantage of Oregons outdoor activities 2. Meet back up with my cohort mates in Las Vegas for a reunion!
