WASHINGTON - U.S. Senators Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., and Chris Dodd, D-Conn., both members
of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, today introduced legislation
that would require child care providers to disclose whether they have liability insurance.

GOOGLE TO LAUNCH OPERATING SYSTEM IN 2010
Google is developing an operating system based on its Chrome Web browser. The free soft-
ware will run on top of Linux. This is a direct threat to Microsoft. Windows accounts for
about 30 percent of Microsoft's revenue.
BLACKBERRY IS TOP DOG IN SMARTPHONES
The iPhone and Pre get a lot of hype. But BlackBerry rules with 55 percent market share. The
iPhone has 20 percent; Pre is new.
FACEBOOK USERS TO GET ALIASES
Facebook will let users choose aliases for their accounts. The aliases will allow vanity address-
