Why was it difficult to communicate a message?


You did not have a code to express your message.
I told you not to use any symbols of written

language so you had to communicate without symbols we all understand.

What is a code?
Code sometimes means a secret language, but in this class it means any language.
Good communication requires a code that

everyone knows.
For the next 3-4 weeks we will talk about different

kinds of code.
