Note: the correspondent bank accounts can be used for payment transit only. Please do not send your payments
to these banks – only Account in Rietumu Bank is valid for making payments to Nergy Telecom.
*** We would like to strongly recommend you to double check all bank account details when filling out payment
orders. Otherwise the inaccurate payment orders have to be processed manually by the receiving bank which
leads to mandatory charges of 25$ fee for each rectified payment. This fee will be taken from the received
amount.

2. WESTERN UNION QUICK PAY


Step 1. Go to the nearest Western Union location (to find a Western Union agent in your region please visit this
link: http://www.payment-solutions.com/agent.asp)
Step 2. Request and fill out the blue form. This form may show words such as “Payment services” or “Quick Pay”
(see below an example of blue form).

Step 3. Please fill “Nergy Telecom” in the field “Company name” (see A above),
Step 4. Please fill “NergyTelecom CA” in the field “Company Code” (see B above)
Step 5. Please fill “NergyTelecom California” in the field “Country”
Step 6. Please fill your 3 letter Agent ID (for example “BSB”) in the field “Account Number” (see C above). If you
don’t have Agent ID yet, please put your full name or your company name in this field.
Step 7. After making the payment the Western Union agent will issue a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
Please send notification about the payment including this number to billing@nergytelecom.net (Billing &
Collections Manager) or to your Account Manager.

NOTE: there is no space between words NergyTelecom in the points 4 and 5.

3. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS – MONEYBOOKERS SYSTEM


Step 1. Open your MoneyBookers account. Simply click on the 'Register' link at www.moneybookers.com and
follow instructions.
Step 2. Deposit funds via credit/debit card or bank transfer to your MoneyBookers account.
Step 3. Send money from your MoneyBookers account to our email address info@nergytelecom.net.

NOTE: a 2% fee will be charged to all the transfers we receive through MoneyBookers payment system.

4. TRAVELERS EXPRESS MONEYGRAM (MG)


This payment method is supported by Stratocash Payment system.
Step 1. Go to the Nergy Telecom’s payment online form at: https://www.nergytelecom.net/en/stratocash/ and fill
out the required fields according to the instructions. In the User ID field please put your database 3-letter ID (a
database which you have at Nergy). If you do not have your database ID yet please put first 3 letters of your
name.
Step 2. After you have filled out all fields you will be forwarded to the Stratocash payment order form.

Step 3. Select a “TravelersExpress MoneyGram” method from the list and follow further instructions of
Stratocash

5. STRATOCASH PAYMENT SYSTEM


The Stratocash Payment system supports a number of different payment methods such as:
Pay by Cash, CertaPay, e-Gold, GoldMoney, NETeller, Paysafecard, Wallie Card, WebMoney transfer, Western
Union SwiftPay, TravellersExpress MoneyGram, MoneyOrder / CashiersCheck.

6. WEBMONEY ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM

The WebMoney Electronic Payment System allows performing secure and immediate transactions online.
