Mitigation and Contingency Measures for Machinery crossing from Sector-6c to sector.6b at Kampong Bahru -Lower Delta Traffic Junction Risk
1.1 Traffic Accident during mobilization a) b)

Provide watchman or traffic controller to control traffic Tool box meeting shall be conducted before the operation and ensure that all opreration team member are fully understand about operartion procedure and their part to play a) b) c) Inform to all relevant parties

Contingency Measure
Inform to emergency team if there is any injury to personnel. Call SCDF or Ambulance and 999 police if necessary.

a) Traffic controllers and operation team memebr must ensure that pedestrain are not allowed to pass on the routing of the machinery movement during operation as well as all operation team member shall be cleared away from around machine during travelling b) or operating. c)

Stop all working activity Inform to emergency team if there is any injury to personnel. Inform to all relevant parties Call SCDF or Ambulance if necessary. Investigate cause of the accident and seriousness to review the Mitigation measure for future prevention measure Call 995 and 999 imediately if cause any injuries to operation members or road users. Report to the project management team immediately.

Vehicle crash into the operation zone or team member.

Provides warning signages to warn the vehicles and deploy traffic controllers for all incoming traffic toward the operation zone.

Immediately dismiss Machine crossing operation , clear the traffic junction and re-instate the Traffic flow to normal as soon as possible

MACHINE BREAK DOWN ON MIDDLE OF THE ROAD DURING a) MOBILIZATION. b) c)

Mechanic team shall be stand by during the whole operation. Mechanic team shall inspect all machine in advance and well maintaiedt. Mechanic team shall confirm and ensure that all machinery are sound condition for

Cease the operation immediately and Barricate around the machine quickly. Clear all other unnecessary item away. let the vehile to pass the traffic under control by in house appointed traffic controller . Repair the machine as soon as possible. Inform the traffic police if recovery of machine could prolong (or more than 1hours)
