He was also President of M.A. Oreta & Co. and Constant Builders & Development Corporation. Prior to being in the construction and real estate industry he served as a Senior Partner of Oreta & Berenguer Law Firm, managing partner of Tanjuatco, Oreta, Factoran and Berenguer; and Oreta, Suarez and Narvasa. He is a Member of the Philippine Bar and holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honors) and a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Political Science (Dean's list) from Ateneo de Manila University.

Quinto graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems from the Ateneo de Manila University . He also has an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management. In 2007, he started to work as President for Major Homes and is in charge of overall management of the company including operations, sales, and marketing.
