The Writer and Her Goal

The writer hails from generations of Rabbis and religious scholars of SpanishPortuguese descent. She gained extensive modern-academic education in Israel and in the United Kingdom, followed by a long career in public and private international law, focusing on human rights, the Law of War and in Private International Law matters. The writer traced ignorance among the masses of young and older people everywhere regarding the constant engagement of global media in matters pertaining to the Jewish State, to Zionism and to the rights of the Nation of Israel. World leaders who have been subjected to Arabs Media Blitz and sophisticated anti-Jewish propaganda could find an interest in this book especially its parts about the religious and historical background of the Centuries old dispute between Arabs and Jews. Lack of correct information about Israels rights to the Holy Land and about the Historical background of the dispute form wrong or negative attitudes against Israel, the Jews and Zionism. The writer embarked on the daunting task of providing schematic general analysis on the relevant facts, important though that is, but also on Jewish religious and historical material, backed by lengthy Biblical quotations which ought to be read in full and in which Israels rights are anchored. In the arrangement of the material the writer relied on general principles of multiple disciplines under such standards as G-d, man, Torah, Kabbalah-Jewish mysticism, Holy Prophets, Jewish ethics, Jewish history and philosophy, politics and International law focusing on the Jewish religious dimension. The writer has been motivated by aspects of continuity and changes since the creation of the Nation of Israel 3200 years ago, demonstrating vibrant texts of the Holy Scriptures as construed and commented upon by the central pillars of Judaism. The writer intentionally avoided intellectual confrontations with concepts and dogmas drawn from other religions and, non-Jewish philosophies, scientific theories, problems of physics and natural law, aiming to enlighten and impart fundamental Jewish doctrines to the perplexed without disconcerting others. The writer also tried to avoid confrontations and divisiveness on the perpetual disputes between the Nation of Israel and its opponents and those within the Jewish nation.

Introduction
This book is about G-d-Jehovahs relations with the Nation of Israel as asserted in the Jewish Holy Torah, which was given to Israel in a mass Divine Revelation ceremony at Sinai in 1200 BC, in which three million Israelites were present. The Nation of Israel was then nominated as the Chosen Nation of G-d, whose Creation was prophesied in 1630 BC by the Patriarch Abraham, namely, four hundred and thirty years in advance. Abraham had a vision in which G-d-ELSHDAI appeared to him and told him that one of his descendants, who will be born in the Holy Land, will go to a strange land together with his own children and live there. In the prophecy Abraham saw that his descendants will be enslaved in that land, be afflicted for many years, and then be saved with great miracles and led back to the Holy Land, which will be gifted to them and be their inheritance for eternity, and then they will become G-ds Chosen Nation. The purpose of that prophecy was to inform Abraham about the Divine tests that his descendants will have to withstand, and to ascertain that the future Chosen Nation of G-d will be fit for its Divine role in accordance to G-ds Master- Plan, and be G-ds Partner in the continuous process of the Creation. Evidently, Israels tests had been determined four Centuries prior to its very creation. The pre-destined tribulations, afflictions, and sufferings of the Israelites during their 210 years period of slavery in Egypt, were decreed hundreds of years in advance. Similarly Israels history up until the present day, and its future role in attaining the Divine plan for the Creation had certainly been decreed in advance. Accordingly Israel was given freedom of choice to keep the Torah Commandments or commit sins against the Torah, and to repent for its sins and transgressions. Every Event that involves the function and fate of the Nation of Israel, such as being the Chosen People of G-d, or such as committing sins and transgressions and their resulting punishments and exiles have also been decreed or envisaged by G-d in advance of Israels Creation. The reason is that G-d expected his trustworthy servant, Abraham, to produce a Nation whose qualities and obedience to G-d will be similar to Abrahams qualities, in order that the entire Nation will be G-ds partners in the continuous process of Creation, and will form a special bond with the Divine and with the Holy Land, and that is the reason that all attempt to frustrate G-ds Master-plan or any part thereof is bound to fail. The Children of Israel had first settled in Egypt due to the famine in Canaan, but remained there after the famine. During that time they multiplied and became a virtuous People envied by Egypts People and by their Pharaoh, who sought ways to restrict the Israelites. Pharaoh devised Royal Decrees intended to ensure that the Israelites will shrink in numbers, such as, a Decree to throw all newly-born Israelite males into the Nile, or rather to kill them at birth by the midwives, whom his servants approached to carry-out Pharaohs orders.

When Pharaohs orders and Decrees failed to achieve their initial purpose, Pharaohs suspicions intensified, he falsely accused the Israelites of being disloyal to their host country, and he decreed that the people be enslaved. The Israelites were systematically afflicted by their masters: punishments and other draconian measures were imposed against them until they finally cried to G-d and implored Him to help release them from Pharaoh. G-d acceded to the Israelites supplications because during their long years of slavery they kept their distinctive identity, they were obedient to G-ds Torah and His Commandments, which were passed to them by their ancestors. Their conduct during slavery served as a proof that they withstood their Divine tests and qualified to be rescued from slavery. Abrahams Prophetical Vision came to pass when the Israelites were miraculously saved from slavery, led by the prophet Moses to their Promised Land and became G-ds Chosen Nation. These defining Events have been analysed in this book in the light of other relevant circumstances that revolved around the final outcome. For instance, when the Patriarch Yaakov was urged by his sons, known as: The twelve tribes of Israel, to go to Egypt with their families due to the famine in Canaan, he was initially reluctant to leave Canaan and move to a strange country. However, when he had prophetical Visions of the night about the future role of his descendants, Yaakov experienced tremendous fears, when he became aware of the purpose of his cumbersome Mission, which was to take the grains of the future Nation of Israel to their first exile. Yaakov fulfilled his mission, but kept it a secret from his sons, the twelve tribes, and their families. When Yaakov heard that his beloved lost son, Joseph was alive and prosperous in Egypt, his fears were ameliorated by his natural desire to see Joseph prior to his own death, and he made practical arrangement for the journey to Egypt. Yaakov packed his belongings and put them in the carriages sent to him by Joseph. Yaakov was proud of his son Joseph who was sold by his jealous brothers to nomads, and reached high position in Egypt by becoming Pharaohs deputy serving in the Royal court, in charge of food distribution during the famine years. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Yaakovs fears persisted and he made the desert journey to Egypt together with his family with mixed feelings, without revealing to the twelve tribes about the true purpose of their journey, and about their destiny and future exile. When it was clear that the Israelites withstood their decreed tests, they qualified to become G-ds partners in attaining His Goal of Creation and in assisting all Humans to carry out their individual Correction and Rectification in atonement of Adams sin. Evidently, the ancestors of the Nation of Israel, the twelve tribes of Israel were fit to father the Chosen Nation of G-d. All of them, including their descendants who were born in Egypt during their stay in Egypt, were obedient to G-ds Commandments even prior to receiving the written Torah and during their slavery. They rejected temptations to become like

all other Nations, or rather like their Egyptian neighbours and friends, and they did not engage in idolatry. The Israelites kept the Divine sign of the Sabbath and the Divine sign of the circumcision, the first one was passed to them by their ancestors and the second was in Abrahams Divine Covenant to which they had been committed automatically. These commitments were passed by the Israelites from generation to generation and were kept by every generation even during slavery and despite persecution and affliction. The Israelites remained different from all the other Peoples in antiquity. This book deals with the nine different Divine Covenants struck in antiquity between G-d and the three Patriarchs and between G-d and the Nation of Israel, in which the Holy Land was gifted to the Israelites. They were objectively identified by facts pertaining to their long slavery in Egypt, as was first relayed to Abraham in his Prophetical vision 430 years in advance of the event, and accurately recorded in the Holy book of Genesis. Yaakovs first Prophetical Vision in respect of the gift of the Land, had been when he was on his way to Haran, escaping from the wrath of his twin brother Esau. In Haran Yaakov met and wed his two wives, Rachel and Leah and together with his two Mistresses, Zilpah and Bilhah, they gave birth to his twelve sons and daughter Dinah. After twenty two years in Haran, Yaakov and his wives and children returned to the Holy Land and they lived there as sojourners, not as owners of the Land. In his first prophetical Vision, Yaakov was blessed by the angel of G-d, who changed his name to Israel. The angel conveyed to Yaakov G-ds promise that He would guard and protect him throughout his journey from Kenaan to Haran and back to the Holy Land. Yaakov also had a Prophetical vision about the Divine gift of the Holy Land that was made exclusively and unconditionally to himself and his seed, and that his descendants will inherit the Holy Land and keep it for eternity. On the second Vision, Yaakov prophesied that the Holy Land will be owned and occupied by his descendants, the twelve tribes of Israel, following their release from slavery in Egypt, where, as the Chosen Nation of Gd, they will be G-ds partners in executing His Goal of Creation. In this book Yaakovs unique qualities were described in detail, which qualified him to become the vessel through which G-ds Master-Plan was to come into effect. Yaakov was a modest, humble man, a tent-dweller, and a G-d fearing person, committed to Torah learning and to its Commandments. The forefather of the Holy Nation of Israel, whose Holy Missions were specifically defined in the Torah were clarified to Yaakov, who was prepared to defy his twin brother Esau and challenge him in the course of pursuing G-ds MasterPlan. This book demonstrates the distinction between the Divine Revelation that took place on the occasion of the giving of the Ten Commandments of the Torah to the Nation of Israel, and Revelations experienced by other Prophets in other monotheistic faiths. Whereas the Torah at Sinai was given to the Israelites by a mass Divine Revelation ceremony, in which three million Israelites, men, women and children, were present, as recorded in Genesis, other Monotheistic

religions were witnessed by a single or several prophets. It follows that the event of the Revelation of the Torah to Israel cannot be contested or disputed. It was advertised throughout the world in antiquity, and indeed G-ds dominion over the Universe has been recognised by other nations and their rulers. After the Revelation of the Torah at Sinai in 1200 BC, Israel became the Chosen People of G-d, His Holy Nation of Priests, a Light to the Nations, and G-ds Treasure, and these roles were clearly recorded throughout the Holy Scriptures and reiterated by several Prophets. The special status granted to the Nation of Israel implied that they would endure for as long as it will take to complete their roles; or more accurately, until completing Humanitys Correction. In the light of this, it behoves that the eternal survival of G-ds Chosen People is ensured. This also is confirmed by the Divine blessings bestowed upon Israel, namely, that they will last for as long as the Sun, the Moon and the Stars last. Throughout human history Nations rose and disappeared after a set term as decreed by G-d, and seemingly for a host of mundane reasons. Nations who disappeared have never recovered. This has not been the fate of Israel, who sinned against G-d, was punished, exiled and persecuted, but had never been utterly annihilated and it will never be annihilated, despite threats and deeds to this end by its enemies. G-d promised his Chosen Nation that if they repented, their sins and transgression be forgiven, and the process of Redemption begins. This book contains an in-depth analysis of the preceding motions in Israels process of Redemption, namely the Ingathering of Israels exiles to Zion, with particular reference on the Ingathering to Zion of the descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel. The process of the Ingathering of Israels exiles to the Holy Land has been in evidence for the past five hundred years, which leaves no doubt as to the realisation of the relevant Prophecies as will be detailed in this book. This process provides a hope that all the other prophecies relating to Israels Redemption will also be realised. The Divine Promise regarding the gift of the Holy Land to the Nation of Israel was solemnised in Abrahams first Holy Covenant in which G-d gave him guarantees that the Holy Land will be given to Abraham and his specific Seed. By asserting that Abrahams future descendants will be exiled and enslaved in a strange land, be harshly afflicted and thereafter saved with great miracles, it became entirely clear who those descendants will be. Israels first Redemption which signified the birth of the Chosen Nation and its move to its Promised Land had also exemplified G-d discerning powers, who entrusted far-reaching roles coupled with honours to a multitude of persecuted slaves, and transformed one of the smallest nations on earth into His Treasure, His Chosen people and His partners in the realisation of the continuous process of Creation. The gift of the Holy Land to G-ds Chosen Nation is a natural outcome of his initial Decree, which coincided with the selection of the Patriarch Abraham as His faithful servant, qualified to father G-ds Chosen Nation. G-d clarified to the Nation of Israel and to the three Patriarchs, Abraham, Yitzhak and Yaakov, that even if Israel breaches the Holy Commandments, Israel will be punished by Exiles and afflictions, but their ownership of the gifted Land suspended, but not forfeited. Israels punishment for its Sins had

been meted by exiles and by other tribulations, however their Redemption process had begun with the onset of the process of the Ingathering of Israels exiles into Zion, which has been in evidence for the past five hundred years. G-d found out that the people of Israel made an honest atonement of their sins by sincere piety and strict obedience to Torah Commandments whilst in Exile, in Baghdad, Europe, Arabia, North Africa, Egypt, Spain and Portugal. Their torture by the Spanish Inquisition in the 13 th Century lasting several centuries, followed by expulsion and forced conversion helped the Spanish-Portuguese Jewish exiles to make pure and wholesome Repentance, which justified the onset of the process of their Redemption by the process of their Ingathering into the Holy Land. This was sanctioned by the Ottoman Sultans who have been the custodian of the Holy land from the 15 th century until 1917 AD, and where the SpanishPortuguese exiles found refuge. The Balfour Declaration dated 28th November 1917 which became part of Public International law by its insertion in the Charter of the League of Nations of 1922, gave the Nation of Israel rights to freely emigrate to the Holy Land and to establish a Jewish State there, known also as Palestine. However, by giving Israel an incomplete vehicle to materialise their renaissance in the Holy Land, G-d continued to challenge His Chosen Nation and testing them to ensure their utter obedience and commitments to Him. The 19th Centurys enlightened Jews adopted foreign values and were determined to be a Nation like all other nations, and these trends did not fit-in with authentic Judaism and more tests have been decreed. The Jews who succeeded to settle down in the Holy Land during the critical period between November 1897 when the Basle Programme was adopted by the Jewish Congress chaired by Herzl and the 29th November 1947 UN session , in which the United Nations General Assembly passed a Resolution enabling Jews to establish an independent State in small parts of the Land, had been saved from the horrors that befallen upon European Jewry in the first half of the 20 th Century. Since it is clear that the process of the Ingathering of Israels exiles to Zion began four hundred years prior to the Balfour Declaration and intensified after the birth of the Zionist movement in the nineteenth Century, that process may be used to refute contentions by Israels enemies that the Israel Project has been a Colonial conspiracy which started 65 years ago, and that it must come to an end in the same way that Colonialism ended. The Renaissance of Israel by the immigration of pious Jews and by organised groups of Jewish pioneers who alighted to the Land five Centuries prior to the establishment of the Jewish State, settled in its Holy sites or conquered its desolate lands by formal permission by its custodian powers first by the Ottomans then by the British, ought to convince Israels enemies that the said allegation is a false one and that the process of the Ingathering of Jews to Zion has Divinely been sanctioned and supervised Divinely and miraculously. The facts are that as from the end of the 19 th Century, young Jewish pioneers who escaped Pogroms and other anti-Semitic crimes, alighted to the holy Land in the context of the Zionists Basle Programme founded new towns, villages

and kibbutzim, in preparation for the establishment of the Jewish State, which took place in May 1948. This was accurately predicted by Theodore Herzl in his book The Jewish State of 1896. These Jewish pioneers, and those that followed in their steps joined hundreds of thousands of pious Jews who already settled in the Holy Land during the preceding centuries and together they formed the nucleus population of the Jewish State, which was established in May 1948. These facts do not coincide with the allegations of Israels enemies, that they were robbed of their land by Colonialist invaders sixty five years ago. The Nation of Israel is currently composed of three of Israels twelve tribes, namely: Judah, Benjamin and part of the Levis tribe, whereas the Ten Tribes of Israel who are scattered in the four corners of the globe, following the conquest and exile of the Kingdom of Israel in 734 BC by the Assyrian Empire. The descendants of the Lost ten tribes of Israel, whose number is believed to be scores of millions, have not as yet been fully identified, nor did they join their brethrens in the Holy Land. This book analyses prominent research and reports that were carried out on this matter during past centuries and includes quotations of Biblical Prophecies regarding the Ingathering to Zion of the descendants of the Ten Tribes of Israel into Zion, and their unification with the remnants of Judah, the Jews. The writer concludes that the Descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel would have to be identified and prepared for their return to the Holy Land and for their Holy missions, as asserted by the Holy Prophets. The book deals with the Kabbalistic view according to which the multitude of the descendants of the Ten Tribes of Israel will join the Judean Jews in the Holy land and complete the process of the Ingathering of Israels exiles into Zion by miraculous intervention, such as the appearance of a Messiah, son of Joseph. Accordingly the future Messiah will be the ideal ruler of the Nation of Israel, in the mould of the prophet Moses, except that he will be engaged all over the world not only in one country as Moses had been. In the same way that Moses led the Nation of Israel to its promised Land, the new Messiah will lead Israels exiled multitude to the Holy Land, and teach them Torah in preparation for their Holy Missions. Messiah son of Joseph will gather the exiles into Zion from the four corners of the globe, and not from one country, as Moses did. The Kabbalistic views are based upon prophecies that Messiah son of Joseph will be the commander of Israels armies, and lead them in their battles against their enemies who will be bent on obstructing the process of Israels Return to Zion. Messiah, son of Joseph, will be victorious in all battles, except for the final one that will be waged on the mountains of Zion, in which he will be killed. The prophecies also deal with the task of identifying the descendants of the lost ten tribes of Israel, and transporting them to the Land, by advanced means of transportation and identification, developed by modern technologies, such as DNA tests, and advanced aeroplanes, which will be used during these tasks. In the quoted prophecies which appear in this book, Israel is metaphorically compared to a stalk of an oak tree whose withered dying leaves are removed but the stalk remains in the soil for Ever, producing new leaves and new branches. As prophesied, the Jews, who continue to shock and surprise the entire world,

can never be utterly annihilated, not even after defeats, persecution and Genocide attempts. Sadly, for the past one hundred and thirty five years, Israels enemies have been waging holy wars Jihad in Arabic, as well as cruel terror attacks and verbal threats against the State of Israel, its citizens and against Jews worldwide, reiterating vows to wage a final Jihad war designed to destroy the Jewish State and annihilate its six million Jews. Under their sacred ideologies, which they published in their Covenants, Jews, who live in Arab territories, in which the Holy Land is included, must remain in the dhimmi status for Ever, and the State of Israel has no right to exist. It must be destroyed. Jews cannot possess the Holy Land or parts thereof, or rule the Land or any part thereof. Israels enemies submit that the Nation of Israel is to be eternally punished for its past sins and transgressions against G-ds Torah. These are the reasons that the rulers of Israels enemies categorically refuse, in the context of their Peace process to concede to Israels demand to formally recognise Israels right to exist as a Jewish State. Abrahams Prophetical Visions and those of the other two Patriarchs, Yitzhak and Yaakov, whose legacies and tombs in the cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron are being revered by Israels enemies, have been ignored by Israels enemies who choose to hold their current anti-Israel allegations. Under Cabbalistic teachings un-Godly deeds, speeches and thoughts strengthen the prevailing Husks or Shells and other destructive powers hovering constantly in the world. In recent years Israels enemies have been victims of such destructive powers, as has clearly been demonstrated by realities in Israels enemies Lands. As we witness uncontrollable fights, bloodshed and destruction in Israels enemies lands, by what is wrongfully defined as sectarian conflicts, or disguised as Arab spring or as attempts to bring about change of regime or install democracies in Arab countries, one may wonder whether these tragic events can be attributed to their on-going global Jihad. Cabbalistic views about the impact of human deeds upon universal events have clearly been asserted. In this book the authors intention throughout has been to chronicle the origins, formation and development of the Nation of Israel from earliest Biblical time to the present day. Emphasis is being laid on the spiritual bond of the Nation of Israel with G-dJehovah and with the Holy Land of Israel, whose Holy Missions can only be effected from their Holy base. This book is not intended to be definitive, or scientific, rather an attempt to fuse several disciplines: philosophy; history; Biblical scholarship; Jewish religion including Kabbalistic fundamentals and basic International law rules. Under the Holy Scriptures the Holy Land, including the lands of Judea and Samaria, popularly known since 1948 as the West Bank, was gifted solely to the Nation of Israel and in perpetuity and not at any time to any other nation or any subsequent claimants. Ishmael, son of the patriarch Abraham by his Egyptian concubine, Hagar, and his descendants were Divinely gifted twelve vast lands, which are outside

the Biblical boundaries of the Holy Land. Scriptures repeatedly record Divine Covenants struck with the Three Patriarchs Abraham, Yitzhak, son of the Patriarch Abraham by his wife Sarah, and his son Yaakov, in which the Holy Land was specifically gifted exclusively to Yaakovs descendants, known as the Children of Israel, and not to any of their other descendants, such as those of Ishmael or Esau. This book covers Biblical quotations confirming the Divine gift of the Holy Land to the Nation of Israel under the said Covenants and also in other Divine Covenants, which were entered between G-d and the Nation of Israel after the Revelation at Sinai, when the Torah and its Ten Commandments were given to the Nation of Israel, which specifically deals with the bond between Israel and the Holy Land. The gift of the Holy Land to the Nation of Israel became an integral part of the Torah. The gift was unconditional nor was it to be undermined in any way by Israels subsequent reneging on its part in the Divine Covenant the Torah, which was taught to Israel by the Prophet Moses prior to their entry into the Holy Land in 1200 BC. G-d-Jehovah demanded that in case of future transgressions and sins against the Torahs Covenant, the Nation of Israel will undergo severe trials and punishments, including lengthy exiles from the Holy Land, by way of reparation for their transgression against the Torah Covenant. This punitive measures contain a Divine decree that Israels right to the ownership to the Holy Land would be suspended for the duration of their exiles and would be restored through the Ingathering of the remnants and descendants of the Nation of Israel to the Holy Land, also known as Zion, by which time atonement for their sins would have been made in full. Israels revival by the return of its exiles is being materialised for the past five centuries, but the realities in the Holy Land are falsely being defined by Israels enemies as being a 65 years old imperialistic adventure that ought to be reversed by all means including force. By misleading the world and indoctrinating their next generations to continue with their Jihad wars, Israels enemies continue to pay the highest price, as in the quoted relevant Prophecies on the punishment of Israels enemies. This work includes historical background about the current process of the Ingathering of Israels exiles to Zion. This was first initiated by Jewish spiritual leaders some five hundred years ago and implemented by individuals and groups of orthodox Jews and by the end of the 19 th Century, the lovers of Zions movement known as Nili and Zionists leaders begun to send groups of young Jewish Pioneers to the Holy Land to work and settle there and continue to do so to the present day. This book is intended to provide an overall prcised picture on these matters to the uninitiated and be read by young and old, Jews and non-Jews in Western and Eastern lands, especially those who have been submitted to confused media blitz on these issues without having a clue about the fundamental relevant issues. Israels enemies are fully aware about it rights under Biblical Divine Covenants and under contemporary Public International Law, but prefer to ignore them.

Those who are puzzled by the continued process known as The Ingathering of the Jews to Zion which was Divinely Prophesied as recorded in the Holy Scriptures, and those who are fascinated by the settlement and cultivation of the Holy Land by Jews that started five centuries ago, and by the jist and effect of the British Balfour declaration of 1917, may find this book inspirational and educational.

CHAPTER I CREATION AND PRINCIPLES OF JUDAISM

(A) CREATION, AND THE CONTINUOUS PROCESS OF CREATION
The Holy Scriptures state that the universe was created in six days by the G-d of Israel acting in His infinite power. At the time of Creation G-d established the laws of nature and created the universe and its heavenly bodies in conformity with the laws of nature. The biblical passage which includes the Creation narrative will be explained, G-d willing, below. The Supernatural plan of the Creation has been confirmed unequivocally in 1965 by foremost scientists such as Robert Wilson and Arno Penzias who summed up their discoveries as follows: Astronomy leads us to a unique Event, a universe which was created out of nothing and is delicately balanced to provide exactly the conditions required to support life. They won the Nobel Prize for their discoveries. True study of the Scriptures reveals deeper wondrous layers of its plain meaning, that may be achieved by various methods, which in Hebrew are referred to as: remez (allusion); derash (homiletic) and sod (esoteric), some of which I will explore in this work in further detail. According to Kabala Jewish mysticism the letters of the Hebrew alphabet are the tools with which G-d created the world. The four Hebrew letters of the Tetragrammaton: yod;key;vav;key corresponding to YEHOVAH are the basis of Creation. As we shall see. Everything in the created universe serves as an outer shell for its inner spiritual essence the Soul which holds together all the particles of each individual created being. There are four levels of Creation, namely the inanimate world; the world of vegetation; the animal world and the world of humans. G-d of Israel is known by seventy-two names, but the Tetragrammaton Jehova by which G-d is known in the Holy Scriptures means that which calls Everything into being now, in a simple present tense, and that which called Everything into being in the past, in the past tense, and that which would call Everything into being in

the future, in the future tense. The use of that name in the Torahs Book of Genesis, indicates that the Creation process is a continuous one, or as some might say: neverending. Through the Torah the Creator reveals to his believers secrets that are invisible to others. Scientists discovered some secrets that confirm the Torah narrative, a process that began with the discoveries of Galileo Galilei (1571-1642), and Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727). However, many scientific discoveries had already been asserted by Jewish sages thousands of years ago as evidenced, amongst other Jewish sources, in the Talmud that was composed 1500 years ago, and also in the Book of Splendour known as the Zohar all of which are based on the Torah. According to the Kabala, Creation represents the spiritual bounty that energizes and sustains the world for the length of time that it is being bestowed e.g. the life, the activating force that flows down from the Supernal Being to the universe unto all created beings the spiritual world such as the angels, the corporal world such as the inanimate beings, the world of vegetation, the animal world, and Humans. The Sun, the Moon, the stars and the Planets are parts of the corporal world. The Creator calls them forth at each moment out of nothingness, by bestowing upon them the spiritual bounty. They could not exist merely by having been created once by G-d during the six days of Creation as recorded in the book of Genesis. They have to be continuously maintained, changed and adjusted by the creator. If the spiritual bounty were to cease in relation to any created being, it would be nullified, and revert to nothingness, or in other words - be dead. Even inanimate material is animated, as evidenced by the immense constant speed in the movement of the electrons led by mysterious energy that drives the electrons around in their orbit in each atom. This could be defined as the hidden spiritual force that changes shape and direct the formation of matter. Therefore if the spirit of the creator were to be removed from any creature - corporal or spiritual, including the angels, the planets, the sun, the moon, the stars or any of the created being such as man/woman, animals, the world of vegetation and the inanimate world that creature would cease to exist, and if G-ds bounty were to be withdrawn from the entire universe, the galaxies, the planets, the sun, the moon, the stars, the milky way which contain the earth, it would immediately plunge into chaos, as indeed it had been prior to creation. G-d fixed the rules by which the universe would be regulated as reflected by the Torah, and G-d expected humanity to abide by His laws, Statutes, Covenants and Judgments. G-d in his attribute of Greatness, possesses the power to create, to sustain life out of nothingness (ex nihilo- in Latin), and to perpetually renew the created beings, which is exercised covertly rather than overtly. The life force of all creatures is hidden so that it appears as though the body of the creature is an independent thing in itself, not an effulgence of the living spiritual component within it, and not an integral part of other created beings.

Human intellect cannot really comprehend the concept creation ex-nihilo, neither can scientists who seek material evidence for their findings; having failed to reveal that evidence. deny the viability of the divine process of Creation, and the divine continued process of creation. They stick to the evolution theory, that matches unproven scientific findings regarding the source and time of the Creation of the universe. Theories regarding the evolutionary development of the world which is currently being taught in schools all over the world contradict the Biblical assertion on Creation. According to Cabbalistic teachings each created being has a soul that connects together its particles, even the inanimate objects. There is a constant bounty emanating from the Creator that maintains the life of each created being and the universe as one integral being. Thus, G-d renews the work of Creation continuously, each day, night, month, and year, and at every second by guiding and even controlling the process of Creation throughout the universe, including the movements of its heavenly bodies the Sun the Moon and the Stars which are apparent to everyone on earth. The timings of Jewish prayers coincide with the changes that occur in the universe with the movements of its heavenly bodies, and in this way Jews contribute their share in the continuous process of Creation that takes place throughout the Universe. Furthermore, Jewish prayers may influence the amount of spiritual bounty and may result in increased individual or communal outflow or blessings. Indeed prayers by sages may even result in miracles are in fact demonstrated by un-natural phenomena, which surface by diverting expected natural processes. In other words: Creation is a continuous dynamic process, and life is constantly infused into all created beings, without which they revert to nothingness, to their former state prior to Creation, namely to Chaos. Jewish prayers contribute to the continuous natural process of Creation as detailed herein. Judaism says that Creation constitutes continuous miracles rather than a single event that took place some six thousand years ago, as asserted in Genesis. G-ds repetitive acts are required to ensure the maintenance and continuous Creation of humans and all that had been created in the first six days of the Universe. The greatness of Abraham was that he was the first human who wholeheartedly understood and believed that the universe was created by the one and only G-d, and in the continuous Creation of the universe by the one and only G-d as evidenced in the continuous conduct of the universe. Abraham and his son Yitzhak and grandson Yaakov devised prayers using the Hebrew alphabet, and by reciting the three daily prayers repeatedly, they activated those letters, thus revealing the Divinity of the Creator, thereby helping in the rectification of the world, a concept which is known as Tikkun Ha-olam, which constitutes the Goal of Creation. The power of direct communication with the Creator by praying with sincere intention has been recognised by humans of all persuasions from time immemorial and has been

activated especially in time of need or trouble, and on many occasions has been effective. Within the world of action we discern four worlds: The inanimate world; the world of vegetation; the animal world and the world of humans. G-d created these worlds in such a way that they would last in their original form for as long as he wishes them to endure, so every man-made change or mixing of the original form of the species, or the wrong use thereof, acts of cruelty and destruction of created beings, or misuse of the natural resources of the world, or the destruction of the world, is against Torah Laws. (Leviticus 17:11; 19:19; 22:27-28). The vulnerability of the Universe is evidenced by the power of humans to change its nature, to abuse or even destroy it or parts thereof. With the advances made in scientific and technological fields in the last century, such threats are increasingly possible. In creating and positioning the celestial bodies and in adjusting the influence which each one of them exerts upon other bodies, exact measurements must constantly be ascertained to ensure the endurance of the Universe in its original form. These functions are part of the constant Divine process of supervision over the Created universe. The continuous movement of the planets in fixed and predictable orbits and the intricacy and precision of those movements provide an absolute proof regarding the existence of one unified Deity and that Creation is an ongoing process rather than a chain of haphazard incidents. The Psalmist gives praise to him who makes the heavens and all other heavenly bodies with wisdom (Psalms 136).

(B) THE PRINCIPLES OF JEWISH FAITH

The principles of Jewish faith may be found in the introduction to the Tikunei Zohar (translated as Corrections to the Jewish book of Splendour) written 1800 years ago by the sage Rabbi Shimeon Bar-Yohai, whilst he was hiding from the Roman conquerors in a cave in Galilee. In his book Rabbi Bar-Yohai presented a number of fundamental Cabbalistic doctrines regarding G-d and the principles of Jewish faith, a number of which I set out below: 1. The Holy G-d of Israel is described as one absolute unity; He is completely removed from human experience, and cannot be perceived by the mortal mind. 2. G-d is omnipotent and omnipresent. 3. The existence of all created things depends directly upon of G-d; G-d provides the preserving force for all created beings, without which they would be bodies without souls, reverting to complete nothingness.

4. The Holy G-d has no partners, being One and indivisible. 5. The Holy G-d is the Creator of the universe, He created everything that exists: the Sun, the Moon the Planets, the Stars and Every living creature in the land, sea and air including Humans whom he blessed to be fertile and to multiply. All created beings depend upon G-d, who constantly continues to be engaged in the act of Creation and in maintaining their life force. 6. The Holy G-d supervises all events and situations in the created universe from the date of its creation about 6,000 years ago and throughout the ages to the present day. He will continue to supervise the same, although he instilled free will in all humans, as an indication that humans are G-ds partners in Creation and in sustaining the universe. In other words: The Holy G-d is the absolute master of everything that happens in the universe, everything that already took place, that which is presently taking place and that which will happen in future all are directly under G-ds supervision and guidance, but are subject to humans action under their prerogative of free will, which is also under G-ds supervision. 7. The Holy G-d is unique, there is nothing like him, and nothing that can compare to him. 8. The Holy G-d is totally incorporeal He has no corporal traits and had never had them. G-d has always existed and will always exist as a Divine supernal Deity. 9. The Holy G-d transcends time. He predates everything and nothing will outlive Him. 10. The Holy G-d chose the Nation of Israel, four hundred years prior to its creation, to become His treasure and His Chosen Nation; a nation of Holy priests and Light to the Nations and to carry out His Holy missions and communicate the Torah to all nations. 11. The Holy G-d is the only Deity whom every individual and groups of humans should love, and worship with no intermediaries by prayers and supplications. Such should be made directly to the Holy G-d. 12. The Holy G-d uses Divine and human beings in the process of His continuous process of Creation and in sustaining the Universe. He communicates with his messengers in various ways and imposes upon them missions in the process of perfecting His will. 13. G-ds messengers include: The Nation of Israel; Prophets through whom G-d makes His will known to Humans, especially to His Holy Nation of Israel; G-d uses Angels, whom He usually nominates for a single specified mission. G-d may also use ordinary people or group of people to be His messengers. The greatest prophet of all times according to the Jewish bible is the Prophet Moshe whose relationship with the Holy G-d of Israel was unique and unparalleled, and who is said to have communicated face to face with G-d-Jehovah.

14. G-ds Torah is His blueprint for the Creation and for the continued existence and sustenance of the Universe. The Torah cannot be changed, modified, replaced if full or in parts nor be added to by subsequent portions or texts, by anyone, not even by future Prophets or by G-ds other messengers.. In 1200 BC the Torah was divinely revealed to the entire nation of Israel at Mt. Sinai in the presence of 3,000,000 people. Men, women and children were present at the Revelation, absorbing the Torah in a direct prophetical process, which has been acknowledged worldwide as an unparalleled miraculous event. 15. The Revelation of the Torah to the Nation of Israel is also unique because of the status of its recipients, being former nation of slaves, the Israelites, who suddenly became G-ds Holy Nation of Priests, His treasure and His Chosen Nation. The Israelites served Egypt prior to the Revelation for two hundred and ten years under harsh and cruel conditions. They were released from slavery by miraculous events, including the Ten Plagues that G-d, via His messengers Moses and Aaron, decreed upon Egypt and its Pharaoh, whereby all the first born males of Egypt, including the first-born animals and even the son of Pharaoh were killed, but it did not affect any Israelite or his animals. 16. The Chosen Nation of Israel have been punished harshly for their transgressions against G-ds Torah, and for breach of their Holy Covenant with G-d. The punishments include exile from the Holy Land of Israel, possessed by Israel in 1200BC, although they remain committed to their Holy missions which they are expected to carry out even during their exile and to wait patiently and pray for the coming of Messiah. 17. Biblical Prophecies assert that G-d will forgive the Nation of Israel for its sins, and that G-d will ingather its exiled people back to the Holy Land of Israel following their purification, and that the remnants of the Nations of Israel would become a mighty and honoured nation. The present process of the ingathering of Israels exiles from the four corners of the globe, and their renaissance in the Holy Land are a living proof that the Holy Prophecies are being materialized and will be completed, as prophesied.

(C) G-DS ATTRIBUTES AND ISRAELS DUTY TO IMITATE THEM

G-ds attributes according to the prayer composed by the Prophet Elijah, which is part of a Cabbalistic section in the Tikunei Zohar The Jewish book of Splendour are as follows. In the concluding section of this prayer - the Prophet Elijah describes the exile of Israel and the exile of the Holy Spirit The Shechinah and calls upon the Prophet Moshe, the Faithful Shepherd of Israel, and upon the three Patriarchs Abraham, Yitzhak and Yaakov to rise from the dust and arouse the Shechinah the Holy Spirit - and to hasten the Redemption of Israel.

G-ds attributes are being revealed by His actions in bestowing his endless light, grace and blessings upon the universe, all of which emanate directly from G-d and are being channelled through the ten Sephiroth- meaning sapphires which symbolize G-ds radiance, whose brightness is likened to that of the precious stone. The Ten Sephiroth are portrayed as aligning themselves in the form of a human being: His limbs the right arm is associated with Loving-kindness (Chessed) The left arm with Power (Gevurah) The torso with Beauty (Tiferett) The two feet with Victory (Nezach) and Splendour (Hod); The circumcised organ which is G-ds sign of the Covenant with each member of the Nation of Israel is associated with Foundation (Yesod) The mouth is associated with Sovereignty and the oral Law (Malchutt) In addition the higher Sephiroth, namely: Wisdom Chochmah, Binah understanding and the Crown Keter emanate from the head of the Primondial Archetytipal Adam Kadmon whose lights shine forth these lights combine to symbolically form the seventy-two Holy names of G-d. The souls of mankind are described as rooted in the Sephiroth and they descend from the Sephiroth reaching to their destined abode in the world of Action, which is one of the four worlds, the others being: the world of Kingdom; the world of Emanation; and the world of Creation. The Exile of Israel and the Exile of the Holy Presence The Shechinah are described by the Prophet Elijah, who calls upon the prophet Moshe and the Patriarchs to arise and to arouse the Shechinah, whose return to the Nation of Israel would mark the beginning of the process of Israels Redemption. Each Israeli, man or woman, is supposed to imitate G-ds attributes in their relations, actions and feelings towards one another and towards the world as a whole. The more they do so, the more secure would be their place amongst the sages in this world and in the world to come, and the quicker would be their final Redemption. (D)

(E) THE DIVINE SOUL IN HUMANS

At the time of creation G-d fixed the rules by which the worlds would be regulated in such manner that they would depend upon the good or evil deeds of men and women. Unlike other spiritual beings, such as the angels, G-d granted humanity freedom of choice in fulfilling its goals. Humanity is capable of attaining spiritual and material goals. Whereas the angels perform G-ds commands meticulously and carry out their individual goals without exercising a free will , humans may exercise their free will in the process of submitting to G-ds Commandments, and they can decide whether or not they are willing to fulfil them. This usually depends upon overcoming temptations and selfish desires. The Divine soul in humans remains connected and united with its Divine source throughout the life of each individual human. By recognising that connection, all humans are potentially capable of experiencing true spiritual revelations as reflected in the Torah; they are also capable of imitating G-ds attributes. All humans, including Israels enemies are capable of fulfilling the law of the Torah and of being united with each other and becoming one big family with a common goal and of loving and caring for one another, in accordance with the classic ethical rule coined in the first century by Jewish sages, namely: love thy neighbour, which means love your neighbour as yourself, but not more than yourself. That rule is endorsed by the esoteric concept that all humans are essentially part of one enormous soul, the soul of Adam and that each human constitutes part of a chain that connects all humans and makes them into one integral unit.

The Divine soul in humans in its two garments the power of speech and the power of thought provides proof of its Divine components and its connection to the Creator. The Divine soul is capable of being absorbed in the Divine light, be united, inspired and motivated by the light. This provides proof of the sanctity and equality of all human beings. It also guarantees the eternity of humanity and its never-ending connection to Divinity. The Divine Creator allocates specific goals and targets to each individual and no human may challenge their essence, or goals. The spiritual soul in humans ensures the continued sanctity and eternity of the human race. It follows that a sanctified entity ought to conduct itself responsibly, overcome its selfishness and its human impulses by finding a balance between its material desires and spiritual goals. The prevailing imbalance among individuals and nations results in tragedies that may affect the entire world. Past hatred and wholesale accusations of the Jews for the worlds ills preached under anti-Semitic ideologies nearly destroyed the world in the 20th century. The sub-conscience disappointment of the anti-Semites at Israels failure in discharging its spiritual missions does not justify such extreme measures, and the continuous manifestation of anti-Semitism is pretty astonishing. Israels tribulations are caused by evil acts, speech, thoughts and plans perpetrated by others, and as long as these endure, humanity will not be ready for its goals, and turbulent events worldwide would not cease. One of Israels missions is to provide spiritual cement that would connect all the people of the world, and guide them towards achieving the goal of creation. Therefore, Torah justice seems to be a logic life system for all, and it should not be viewed any more as being alien or obsolete. It ought to be recognised as an expression of divine will and as the only system that would alleviate natural and manmade disasters. In accordance to biblical prophecies relating to the end of days, at that time all nations would accept Torah commandments, which would be like a second nature to all humans, whose knowledge will become an integral part of human nature. Allegorically, the Torah in humans would be like water that covers the seas. Until those idyllic times, under the prophecies, all nations would depend upon the people of Israel that they would teach them Torah and G-ds justice, so that they will be incorporated into individual nations codes of law, and the nations will be holy in the same way that the nation of Israel is holy. In short, Torah justice is designed to be universally recognised and applied and humanity should be guided towards this goal. However, if humanity chooses to breach Torah law, the esoteric implications would be that the evil forces, the husks and the world of un-cleanliness would be

strengthened, and would activate global negative reactions, in the form of natural or man-made disasters. This process may be compared to scientific processes whereby natural reactions to certain actions cannot be avoided artificially.
