Key Accomplishments: Successfully managed company supply chain resulting in 96% fulfillment which led to 12 positive years out of 16. Achieved 4.0 + turns and maintained cost of goods average of 39-44% through effective management of inventory levels, freight, pricing, stock loss and purchase quantities. Supervised company-wide project in the conversion and implementation of new computer system in 1999. Implemented new automated payroll system in 2000 for improved accuracy, time keeping, security and administration. Directed the successful relocation of our Distribution Center and car care production to Plainfield, Indiana in 2004. Implemented new RGN procedures for warehouse and accounting functions, discontinued inventory, special order procedures, stock adjustment forms, UPS claims and proper expensing of inventory. Coordinated new processes in AP and AR, paper flow, checks and balances which improved accuracy, accountability and collection on credits. Established turnover and budget objectives in inventory leading to improved cash flow. Reduced average inventory while experiencing double digit sales increases.
