HYDRESS Hydrogel Wound Dressing is intended for use on dry to lightly exuding wounds.

Skin ulcers (leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers) Minor wounds (supercial wounds, skin tears, donor sites) Scrapes (abrasions)
Minor burns (rst- and second-degree, radiation burns) Partial thickness wounds
Cleanse wound prior to HYDRESS dressing application Remove and discard blue release liner from dressing Apply HYDRESS dressing directly to wound with gel side down Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing to maintain a moist wound environment
HYDRESS dressing change frequency depends on the amount of exudate present and the condition of the wound. If dressing should dry on wound, moisten with water or saline before removing. *Please refer to package insert for complete usage instructions.

Contraindications
Not to be used by persons with a known sensitivity to hydrogel or similar polymer materials. Do not use on serious or chronic wounds. Not for use on moderate to heavy draining wounds.
