Twenty years post-MBA experience in India in financial services, consulting, outsourcing and
general management, spanningorganizations like ANZ Grindlays (now Standard Chartered Bank),
Reliance Capital, Ernst & Young (now Cap Gemini), Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan
Chase), Feedback Ventures, Accenture and Tanla Solutions.

December 2007 onwards


Joined as Chief Operating Officer of Narne Group of Companies, Hyderabad, which was
predominantly in real estate. After a few months became an advisor to one of the group
companies Precast Building Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd, as it separated from the Narne group.
Precast has a MoU for a JV agreement with JEKS Engineering, Malaysia and is setting up a
project of prefabricated building products and systems in Hyderabad.

October 2005 to October 2007

Chief Financial Officer, Tanla Solutions Limited, Hyderabad. - During my stay, the company
grew from a market capitalization of INR 200 crores to INR 3000 crores

April 2003 to September 2005

Senior Manager, Business Development, Accenture Services Private Limited, Mumbai. Went
on to become the Client Services Lead for the India Delivery Center, responsible for leading a
team which guided the overseas sales-force in initiating new IT outsourcing projects into India..
The India Delivery Center of Accenture grew from about 1000 people to about 10,000 people in
this period. For a short while, I was a part of the deal mobilization team in the Accenture BPO
division, providing functional knowledge in the capital markets area.

August 2001 to April 2003


Senior Vice-President, Financial Advisory, Feedback Infrastructure Private Limited,
Mumbai. The role involved setting up of the Financial Advisory business unit. My unit was
responsible for financial structuring of projects, origination and syndication of debt and equity in
the Infrastructure sector. We assisted GMR group in raising funds for two NHAI annuity-based
BOT road projects. Other clients included MSRDC, Ashoka Buildcon, Ideal Road Builders, ABG
Heavy Industries and AP Genco.

January 1999 to July 2001

Asst. Vice-President, Global Markets at JP Morgan Chase, Mumbai. My responsibilities


included P&L of Foreign Exchange and treasury operations, preparation of MIS on risk &
performance measurement, and regulatory reporting.

August 1997 to January 1999


Manager, Ernst & Young Consulting India Private Limited, Mumbai. In the Financial
Services practice, I managed projects and pursuits involving strategy, business process re-
engineering, risk management, MIS and software evaluation for clients in India as well as
overseas.

August 1996 to May 1997


Asst. Vice-President for a private bank being set up in Mumbai. As designated Head of
Treasury, my responsibilities included setting up of the dealing room and the back office, drawing
up treasury and investment policies, asset liability management and internal transfer pricing
models, recruitment and training of dealing personnel, preparation of operations manuals, setting
up of MIS.

October 1994 to June 1996


Asst. Vice-President (Investments), Reliance Capital Limited, Bombay. In charge of equity
trading, debt portfolio and margin trading scheme for clients, was responsible for setting up
dealing room, back office systems and development of an integrated trading, back office, and
custodial system.

June 1989 to October 1994


I joined as a management trainee in ANZ Grindlays Bank at Bombay in the trade finance area. I
was responsible for setting up the Corporate Cash Management business unit. I moved to head
the domestic treasury corporate dealing desk at Bombay, and then to foreign exchange dealing,
where I headed the interbank dealing desk at Delhi.
