APPROACH PAPER FOR ORGANIZATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF ‘The

Roper District Cooperative Milk Union’

Objective of the study:


To understand the configuration, structure and contextual dimension, organizational
history, its working pattern, repetitive pattern of interaction among employees, value
and goal system, its ambience and environment, resource mobilisation and how the
organization is leveraging its ‘core competence’ in dairy industries from the
perspective of competition, market share, and profitability to its product-line.

Deliverables:
• An Organizational understanding report based on the observation,
experiences and finding during OTS
• Reflection of the project task assigned by the organization in OAC report.
