Dear VIPIN KUMAR, Sub.: Appointment Letter. This has reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you in this organization on the following terms & conditions: (1) (2) You will be designated as "Sales Representative". (a) (b) Your appointment will be effective from 01/02/2011. Your Head Quarter will be "GHAZIABAD" and you will report for your duties and for further instructions to Mr. Rajendra Khandelwal (Asst. R S M) on 01/02/2011 at the following address: III-A-35, Ner=hru Nagar, Rakesh Marg, Jhankar Palace Road, Ghaziabad - 201 001 (3) You will be paid total gross salary of Rs 15500.00/- p.m., inclusive of all, details of which have been given in the statement enclosed which is subject to deductions as per the Income Tax Act and other Laws. You will not be entitled to any other payments of any kind either in cash or in kind, either monthly or yearly or otherwise. The management reserves the right to bifurcate the Salary or merging the Salary with any other allowance / aiiowances. That in the first instance you will be on probation for a period of 9 (Nine) months from the date of your joining, where after the probation period may be either extended or may be dispensed with earlier. Unless confirmed in writing, you will be deemed as probationer after the expiry of the initial or extended period of probation. Your services are liable to be terminated without any notice or wages in lieu thereof during the initial or extended period of probation, at any time. On your services being confirmed in writing, the same may be terminated by either side after giving one month's notice or alternatively payment of salary in lieu of such notice. However, if the company does not accept the notice of termination of service, for any reasons whatsoever and directs you to continue the services, you would continue until you are relieved. The period of one month's notice is to be calculated from the date of receipt of such notice by the competent authority. (7) You will carry out your duties and responsibilities as instructed/directed by your superior from time to time. You will be required to work as per the timings, as may be informed to you from time to time. This will include shift working.

Any work does by you during your association with the company as an employee or otherwise will be property of the company and shall deposit all information, reports, documents related to the company.
