OFFICE Our office hours are 8am 3pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours orders can Be left on our message machine. Our Office is closed on all Public Holidays. Phone: 3293 4790 Fax: 3204 8281 MONDAY FRIDAY DELIVERIES: Monday Friday Minimum $150.00 A $2.00 + GST service fee applies to all orders. Orders Under $150 will incur a $5.00 + gst delivery fee Orders Under $100 will not be dispatched but can be picked up from our depot between 8am 10am if ordered by 8.30pm night prior ORDERING: Orders for early delivery must be placed by 3pm day prior. ( 3pm Saturday for Monday delivery ) Orders for late delivery must be placed by 8:30pm night prior. ( Please check with the office if we do a late run to your area. ) PUBLIC HOLIDAYS Closed.

RECEIVING ORDERS Although every effort is made to ensure your order is correct, it is in your best interests to check off your order prior to signing for your goods. Please note all stock delivered must be signed for or no stock will be left by our drivers. Once the invoice is signed we do not except claims for goods not received. If your delivery is incorrect the driver will issue a credit note at that time. If possible this will be rectified on a later run. RETURNS We do have a 24 hour period in which to claim for faulty products. If you find a product is faulty please contact the office staff who will raise a credit note. ( Please note our drivers cannot pick up goods for return from previous deliveries unless they have a credit note issued from the office. ) Please note that goods for return must be in the same condition in which you received them i.e.: frozen product must still be frozen, chilled product must still be chilled. All stock must still be sealed in original packaging.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept EFTPOS, Credit Cards, Cheques and of course Cash. With any card transaction this must be prearranged with the office. We do have a minimum of $50.00 per transaction plus we do charge a 1.5% bank fee charge on all card payments. Please note that our drivers have been instructed to accept no more than $50.00 in coin. If you require an account please contact the office staff. Please note that in general we do require 4 weeks COD trading before an account can be opened. The terms of our accounts are that purchases from one week must be paid by the Wednesday of the following week. Any overdue accounts automatically will be placed on a Cash only basis and overdue charges incurred as per our credit application. It is our policy to decline payment by cheque if a history of dishonoured cheques has been shown.
