Claudius Peters is known as a key supplier of packing line systems for cement and other bulk commodities and supply some of the highest capacity systems available in the world today. We have developed systems capable of packing and palletizing up to 3600 x 50 kilogram bags per hour on a single line thats over 4000 tonnes every 24 hours! Typical systems include feed and storage equipment to the packer, rotary bag packer with empty bag applicator, bag handling equipment and bag palletizer. We also offer systems for bulk and bagged fully or dispatch semi automation, whilst allowing the loading of product to be automated, insuring a high degree of accuracy.
