SPACE, MATTER-ENERGY AND GRAVITY
Matter-energy, being magnetic-electrical condensation
of Space in polarity opposition, manifests its confine-
ment in a perpetual jail called Gravity. Universal
desire for a state of rest in the static solution of
Space, makes time the measurement of the duration of the
sentence imposed by a judge called motion. The quaran-
tine of the structure of one environment, in fields of
it's own mass, is essential to the order of the universe.
A planet submits to contamination of it's body, by
the parasites that live on it, until the point of inter-
change between energy and matter react as a death
sentence to protect the galactic society.
Motion is the result of the linear breathing of
Universal Being manifesting as the perpendicular cross
of electric and magnetic energies that spin galaxies,
solar systems, and atoms.
Galaxies spin, solar systems spin, planets spin, and
while you are moving, in space, in these three major
motions on the planet; you are a moving body occupied by
moving cells composed of billions of atoms that are also
spinning.
The Moon appears to rise in the east and set in the
west, relative to the horizons, when we view it from
the Earth. If you were in space looking perpendicular
to the Earth's orbit around the Sun, the Moon would
appear to follow a wave motion relative to the Earth's
orbit track as f o l l o w s ~

From the surface of the Moon you would see the Sun rise .
once every 28 Earth days. Everything appears different
from different points of view.
These motions are brought out to show that things are
not always what they appear to be.
Metal cones positioned at critical points in ' magnetic
fields have produced 100% pure silica out of the energy
of space. This o c c u r r ~ d because the frequency of the
fields was in the electromagnetic zone of silica in the
spectrum. Other pure elements could' have been produced
as they are all in solution in the total energy of
space. Sound recorded during this experiment showed a
sign wave on the os'cilloscope that was curved above the
line and square below it.
Space propulsion will ultimately be the resonance of
vibrations on a diaphram 1n the rear of space'ships that
is in discord with the harmony of space. This will re-
sult in speeds in multiples of the speed of light.
Acceleration will not be felt because the people ' in the
space'ship will be inside of their electro-static
magnetic fields surrounding the craft.
The center of activity in fields has no motion.
This is the only point of view from which true records
can evolve.
Anti-gravity can be produced in any mass of matter
by arranging the poles of the atomic fields in linear
polarity as the molecules are arranged to produce magne-
tism in a magnet. In this event it will be easier to
levitate the Empire State building in New York than it
would be to raise the pen with which I am writing, be-
cause the Empire State building has more mass than the
pen. Anti-gravity is proportionately relative to the
charge of the mass of a body, in contrast to the charge
of a planets mass.
A bumble bee does not fly by the air reactions of
it's wings, or aerodynamic flight. It's wings produce
an electro-static accumulation in polarity bands around
it's Body and it rises by electro-static magnetic in-
sulation from gravity at the same time controlling
direction of flight by the wings in the air.
Every principle that can ever be used, already exists
in nature, in one manifestation or another, of an In-
finite Mind that created galaxies, planets, people,
bees, and atoms.

Frana, or breath, the circulation of atoms of air in
multiples of activity, can produce anti-gravity, or
levitation. This can be demonstrated by five people
breathing in unison creating the charge, and partially
removing the confinement of gravity. Set a heavy
person on a chair with two people standing on each side.
All five bend at the waist expelling air from the lungs
at the same time in this downward bow. Then all
straighten up at the same time inhaling fully. Do this
seven consecutive times. Then the two front people
standing on each side of the person on the chair, place
one index finger under each knee of the person on the
and the other two people, standing behind those
tw'o, place their index finger under the armpits of the
subject on the chair. This is done on the seventh down
bend exhalation. As all five straighten up for the
seventh time, the four can lift a 200 pound man off the
chair above their heads, on their index fingers, with
no apparent effort.
Motions within motions in the activity of solar
systems to atoms bring about gravity as a result of
All structure being disoriented in its countless fields.
Once the center poles of activity of the fields are all
oriented perpendicular radially from the center of the
planet, at any place on its surface, anti-gravity will
result. A toroid coil with a caduceus winding will
separate the positive and negative fields. With the
positive polarity field up, the order of oriented
fields want to get away from the random matrix of dis-
oriented fields in their discordant relations in the
earth's mass.
Anti-gravity is harmonics of orderly energy trying
to escape from the confusion of matter.
Time is an absolute in space as space is an
absolute of energy in solution. Time does not exist
in the center of energy fields. Time only exists in the
periphery of fields, the orbit of planets, a day of
rotation relative to the Sun, or a period of satellite
orbit around a planet. Motion is the only reference to
time.
Matter is the mass of disoriented energy rejected by
the oriented order of space and confined in forms be-
cause of its instability.
People are about to discover that the materialism of
disorder can only destroy itself, when it discards the

order of intelligence of the Creative Spirit, or stable
static energy.
Higher education can only load the brain with a re-
cord of known things. It cannot offer a course in
inspiration, or copy the source of intelligence.

This issue of the "Proceedings" starts the 1 6 ~
year of it's printing. This is no great record as far
as long term printing goes, but it is a rare thing
among papers that are supported by contributions.
It is evident from the many letters received from
readers throughout the world, that we give you in-,
formation you cannot find in printed material from any
other source.
It is our hope to continue to keep the "Proceedings"
going with your help. It is not the volume of our
readers that keep it coming, but those steady supporters
that send gifts beyond their share.
To all of you we extend our thanks for past and
future support.

THE ETERNAL ESSENCE OF LIFE
God (Universal Mind) not only created all forms of
life, but It manifests the perpetual activity of living.
This does not mean, in the limited thinking of an
, orthodox people on this earth, that it cannot manifest
anywhere else in the universe. It does so everywhere.
Everything manifests radiations, from the tiniest
particles in atomic siructure to stratum of fields in
space and spinning galaxies ad infinitum. Being here,
and employing those radiation effects thai are bene-
ficial to our earthly needs, is the only thing that is
important to us.
The earth is a living body, like an electron of our
solar system. I ~ s blood is the life giving waiers on
t_he surface and underground. It's breathing is in the
atmosphere around the surface, in life supporiing gases
called air. It's nerve system is in the electric
charge that conducts radio and television, and climaxes
it's capacity with lightning bolts. It's brain creates
the auroras and swings a compass needle with the
subtle force of magnetism. It's breast feeds every
living thing, by giving minerals, salts, and the ele-
ments to the flesh, feathers, and bone of it's off-
spring.
Life as an essence is not measurable. It is as
infinite as space and time. To each his own, and
mother earth insists on her children staying in their
separate environments, or live in conflict.
Mortal life manifests through cell structure. Cells
are the smallest living manifestations of life. The
atoms of a cell radiate the life force of an Infinite
Perfect Mind working in the frequencies of a particular
requirement for a given effect.
Scientists. like to label their life giving forces
with names like cosmic rays, electricity, magnetism,
atomic energy, and the like; but they can't find the
source of these manifestations.

Cells form the s truc t ure of people, trees, plants,
birds, fish and all l iving things. These structures
repeat their forms down through time, as other
electrical entities are demanding entrance into this
physical realm to enjoy or suffer the experiences of
life here.
As parts of the atomic structure are only cehters
of fields of activity, they form together in different
densities and polarities to be the matrix of molecular
bodies. The molecules join to form cell bodies. Cell
bodies unite to manifest people. People occupy the
planet like fleas on a dog. Each is dependent on its
parent body to manifest here. Protozoa, by the millions,
l i ~ e on the skins df people. The people neither see
them, or feel them. Another parasite depends on the
protozoa to live. We are all crawling with life mani-
festations inside and outside.
Now tell me where did humans get ithe idea they are
the greatest of all creations?
This Eternal Life Essence which permeates and
activates all things that live, is Pure Intelligence.
It did not get an education to get smart. It knows how
to create a galaxy, a planet, or a rose.
Cells oscillate in different electrical frequencies.
They radiate energy according to their ability to
assimilate it. Space is eternal life energy in solu-
tion. Matter is the structure to manifest it.
Medical scientists have proven the heart beats as
the result of electrical impulses. Hearing is electri-
cal impulses from the inner ear to the brain. Vision
is electrical. Motion is the result of electrical
direction both voluntary and involuntary in people. A
tree overcomes gravity and raises water from the
ground to its uppermost leaves through electrical
action of its cell structure.
Cells live in a society of harmonious activity in
health, or a discord of inharmony in disease. Cells
communicate, experience ecstacy or pain, are subject to
directed thought and can respond in "good or bad" re-
actions.
Cells in plants have shown a marked reaction on
sensitive electrical instruments when a fellow plant is
burned, or injured. The murder of a cabbage crop can
produce chaotic reactions on a polygraph, wired into a
cabbage that didn't get harvested.

Birds fly south to warmer climes before the cold
comes, without weather predictions. Animals flee an
area before an earthquake. They can sense water miles
away. These so-called "dumb" creatures tune in to the
part of God that knows their requirements. We label
this "instinct". Humans like to believe, by separating
everything in a mass of words and labels, that this
makes one an intellect, if he knows more of the
separations than other people. God has been brain-
washed out of people as the source of life and intelli-
gence.-
Try thinking to your plants and friends, and include
God in the action. You're all related in the world of
cell structure.
The essence of life is not only being made manifest
in you, but you are submerged and in it.
RIGHTS, RIOTS RITES
Everyone who watches television, li s tens to the
radio, or reads the newspapers, is familiar with the
events of the past few years. The burning, looting,
insurrection, anu demonstrations at our universities,
has become a daily part of the events of the day.
Rights have long been established in the United
States by our Constitutional form of government and
the Bill of Rights. Everyone who is born in this
country, or naturalized under it's laws, has the
same privileges and responsibilities regardless of
their race, color, or creed.
It is apparent by now, to all law abiding citizens,
that catering to a minority, of a minority, is not
going to solve the problem. They are not really
seeking rights for anyone. They are agitating riots
for everyone. It is equally apparent by now, that
this disorder is organized nationwide.
There is no question in the minds of a vast
majority of citizens, by now, that the assassinations
of President Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X,
and Robert Kennedy, all were connected to an over-all
policy. They were assassinated either because they
were in someones way, or to create a reason for a
future purpose.

Whispering campaigns are already circulating among
taxpayers, to vote down all ballot requests for bonds
for education, higher or-rower. Some taxpayers are
talking about a national income-tax strike until
authorities take some definite action to prosecute
looters and riot leaders. Other people say "wpy should
we conform to the law when these agitators, arsonists,
and looters go free to continue their destructive
activities?" This is , es,pec ially noticed among .'the
younger generation. The policy of "forgiveness" can
escalate beyond the control of law officers in the near
future.
Rights, are something to be prized as a reward of
the .demonstration of responsibility. are an
earned privilege in an orderly society.
Riots, are the act of rebellion, of those who defy
order and responsibility. One has yet to hear any of
these riot leaders on television who can present a
better plan of order. They mostly make excuses for
their actions and blame others for their activities.
They demand rights and special privileges not accord-
ed the majority.
Anytime anyone doesn't approve of the way things
are here, they should go to some other country and see
the difference. There are fewer bad apples per
capita, in America, than in any other country in the
world, but those few are beginning to contaminate the
whole barrel full.
How to stop it? Should we throw them out of the
barrel, or give them the rites they are asking for?
"An ounce of is worth a pound of cure",
is an old expression that is as true today as it has
been through history. More laws are not the answer.
The answer is in enforcing the laws we already have.
The demonstrations, insurrections, and events of
the past five years do not appear to be a sporadic
series of disconnected actions. They look like a well
planned conspiracy being activated for a specific
purpose in the near future. It is up to our law
officers, and the judicial, to apply the "ounce of
prevention" at this time. It is up to the citizens of
our country to snap out of the apathy of self-satis-
faction and become active patriots in support of law
and order.

Everything is manifest as effects of causes. An
old saying says "judge a tree by it's fruit". The
fruit of America's past and present isn't all perfect,
but it's roots are imbedded in the soil of the Con-
stitution. It's fruit has been enhanced by our
inspired forefathers. It has grown strong in it's
God given ways of freedom. It has become the greatest
nation on the earth because people worked and dedicat-
ed themselves to make it that way.
Rights, of the people, in any minority are not a
just reason for riots. Demonstrations will not bring
higher education to anyone. Disorder only breeds more
disorder. Rights start with self respect in appearance,
and action, and word. Four letter words, and condem-
nation of officialdom, is not the road to follow to
accomplish anything.
People are a manifestation of God. No one created
themselves here. No color, or size, or shape of
people is any better than any other. The dead achieve
the same respect because they are dead. Rites are
conducted for the worst of them.
The majority of negroes, whites, and all others who
call themselves Americans, are fed-up with the actions
of a few who keep mouthing for their rights. Who
finances these few?
Gods creations are all orderly except in people. He
gave them the right of free choice. He also gave them
the right of dominion over all things. Those who
create disorder in an otherwise orderly society, are
rioting against God.
It is a sacred privilege to have order under law.
Let's make it that way again, and rights will be re-
stored without riots, or rites.
When three policemen in San Francisco are shot,
and do not draw their guns to defend themselves, there
is something wrong. When assassins are caught on the
spot and are eliminated, or their trials are delayed
for a year before they start, there is also something
wrong. From "the Bay of Pigs" until now, there has been
something wrong underlying the continuous disorder,
and tension; and the public is becoming aware of it.

THE CRITICAL YEARS
The years i969, 1970, 1971, and 1972 are the :criti-
cal years. In this coming four years, the human race
will go through more climactic changes than they have
in the last 40 years.
The devaluation of the dollar is eminent with
financial chaos a possibility in 1969.
Escalation of the Vietnam war is , a distinct possi-
bility as the Paris peace talks are a farce and a
front, staged to make people think we tried every ave-
nue to achieve peace.
Nixon is a symbolic contrast to peace, as his name
spelled backwards reveals No-X-In; and he got in.
With our utmost hope for his ability to guide the
United States through the next four years, the cards
are stacked against him. "X" in the middle of _his
name is the death symbol down through time, and he
represents the United States as it's head man in the
presidency. History will blame him for the results of
those who used him.
We may not get through 1969 without a national race
revolution, unless someone puts their foot down.
Martial law can come to America overnight. This has
been building up for years, and now that the elections
are over, it can explode at any time.
Before 1972, China will be capable of large scale
atomic war.
Big money interests are putting all of their liquid
assets into tangible real property. They know the
economic bubble can break at any time. Delivery of
many mail-order items may take up to 30 days because
the mail-order houses are afraid to stock things they
cannot move, in this critical economy.
Political ideology is divided within it's own party
policies. Order, as we know it, may cease to exist and
gorilla gangs may roam the city streets before 1972.

Geophysical changes are on the increase. The mid-
west earthquake that shook 22 states for 12 minutes,
indicates major underground activity is moving to new
areas.
Droughts that killed 150,000 cattle; 300,000 sheep;
stopped power plants, and dried up centuries old vine-
yards in Chile, are only a prelude to atmosphere changes
that will effect many places on the earth.
Jet aircraft, in the past 20 years, have burned up
more oxygen in the atmosphere, than all the people down
through history have breathed.
Carbon 14 fallout, from past atmospheric bomb tests,
will increase on the surface up until 1975. Carbon 14
has a half-life of over 5000 years, .so no living thing
can escape it's effects. This means an increase of
cancer and leukemia; spoiled fruit, and more insects.
A tax backlash is eminent as city, county, state,
and federal tax increases are not regulated, with re-
gard for each other, and most people will not be able
to meet this combined burden.
Credit limits will knock the foundations out from
under the credit card. Cash payments will be required
of many people because they have no collateral to in-
sure credit buying.
Property valuation increases will force many people
to sell their property. Social security and old-age
benefits will not meet the price increase in essential
items of food, clothing, and shelter.
Political deadwood will be dumped from city, county,
state, and federal offices in an effort to decrease
spending. These people will drain from the relief pro-
grams and cause an increase in taxes.
Computers and atitomation will add millions to the
unemployed rolls. Resorts and vacation places will
close due to the lack of pleasuFe money.
At this point, some of our readers will be thinking
we are negative in ~ thinking. Facts and figures,
in the coming four years, will verify that we were
positive enough to put the pieces together beforehand.

BOOK REVIEW
We seldom comment on books, their contents, their
authors. This exception is made at this time because our
research is mentioned in the context of this book.
This new book is titled "The Youth Doctors". It's
author is Patrick McGrady Jr.
McGrady, a former"Newsweek" correspondent, deserves
credit for a most thorough job of investigation of world
wide efforts by doctors, biologists, and just plain
people, to retain youth.
Our research, is the only one mentioned in the ' book
that employs electrostatic magnetic effects to accom-
plish the effects of rejuvenation. Some verification of
our principles is mentioned in a reference to another
research conducted in 1958.
We quote from the last paragraph on page 21. "The
idea is not as bizarre as it may sound. For years
scientists have toyed with the notion of using electri-
city to recharge the body's cells. In 1958, a Hungarian
scientist, Dr. J.M. Barnothy, made a group of mice
look younger merely by housing them within magnetic
fields for periods of from one to four weeks. This
group proved 30 percent active on the average than
normal untreated mice, acquired total immunity from
cancer metastases, and in many cases experienced re-
gress1on of transplanted breast cancers."
Our results, on people, are expected to be nearer
80 percent more active. (The underlines in the above
paragraph are ours.) Our research here is strictly
relative to the energy factor, although side effects
relative to diseases may be noted.
We were not aware of Dr. Barnothy, or his research,
until we read of it in "The Youth Doctors". Had we known
the author knew only of this one Hungarian research, we
could have shown him several others that verify Dr.
Barnothy, and electromagnetic beyond the shadow
of a doubt.

Beyond the beauty rejuvenation, the book is loaded
with gland rejuvenation and one hates to lay the book
down until they have finished reading it. Then the
reader begins to realize what some people will go
through to stay young.
"The Youth Doctors" sells for $7.95 and the pub-

"THE GOLDEN DENSITY"
Ever since 1953, at times, we have printed "A Message
From The Golden Density" on the front page of the
"Proceedings".
We have had inquiries as to how these messages orig-
inate. Since 1949 we have held group meditations, week-
ly. These weekly meetings have always had a nucleus of
at least twelve people who have met consistently. The
attendance normally ranges from 25 to 45 people.
In these meditations, when conditions are right, I
seem to enter into an area of golden mist. It is as if
each particle of this cosmic cloud is composed of lum-
inous golden light. Within this "golden density", which
seems to be boundless in it's extent, I hear a soft
resonant voice speaking these words. As I hear the words,
they are either taken down in shorthand, or taped, as I
repeat aloud what I hear.
In this endless golden mist I have never been able to
find the source of the voice, as it seems to come from
all directions at once.
Everyone seems to think this sounds like God speak-
ing, in the first person. Possibly so, who knows? I
can only tell you how I receive the words and record
them. We carry them to our readers in print so that we
may share them with you.
