VERIFIED AGAIN
Livermore, Scientist Joseph L. Brady
and associates Edna M. Carpenter and Francis H. McMahon
announced the existence of a planet beyond Plutoo These
people are computer scientists at the University of
California Lawrence Livermore Laboratory.
Brady states intolerable errors in the time table
of Halleys Comet indicate there has to be a tenth
planet beyond Pluto, the outermost known planet orbiting
around our Mathematical calculations indicate
the gravitational action of this tenth planet could
account for the unexplained orbital deviations of
Halleys Comet.
The team ofscientists, led by Brady, named the
proposed planet "X". According to the scientists, the
planet would be 300 times more massive than our Earth.
They calculate it would take 512 Earth years for planet
"X" to make one orbit around the Sun.
In the November 1, 1953 issue of the "Proceedings"
we printed, on page 2, the location of a planet beyond
Pluto. This was 20 years before orthodox scientists
verified our data.
The scientists admit it would be like looking for a
needle in a haystack to locate it, even with powerful
telescopes.
Our information on this "lOtb planet" is that they
will never find it with optical telescopes because the
planet does not reflect light. It absorbs light and
is filled with mass1ve holes very much like a sponge.
We are gratified to see scientific people of recogni-
tion again verify our information.
So lets turn our radio telescopes on the orbit of
planet "X" to find it.
Our space friends, who ga ve us this i nf ormution i n
1953, said they call the pl ane t "Torr ".
CROSSES
CIRCLED - SINGLE AND DOUBLE
Down through history crosses have been used as
symbols for religion, danger, and other purposes.
The upright cross T has a background of "the
burden of man", "the crucifiction of Christ", and the
marker placed over graves as the symbol of .eternal rest.
The doublecross is known as the act of deceit and
dirty dealing.
Suddenly in this time of world-wide tension and
disorder, the circled cross appears, upside down .with
the horizontal crossbar broken, as a symbol of "peace".
As far back as 60 A.D., the records of ancient Rome
show that the Emperor Nero used this symbol as "the
sign of the broken Jew", to designate an anti God
expression. In the writings of Rudolph KOCh7 ~
describes this ancient symbol as "a death symbol of
man", "a witches foot" and it was well known as the
symbol of Satan. The cross upside down with the arms
broken symbolized death and evil, and when enclosed in
a circle is supposed to bring grief and destruction to
the wearer. This symbol ~ was branded on the bodies
of Gypsies and Jews in 1936-1939, in the Spanish Civil
War, and appeared on death certificates o ~ German
soldiers under Hitler. It was used by black magicians
and was said to have mystical properties.
It is astounding that this symbol of death and
destruction has been foisted off on innocent young
people and used as a symbol of "peace"o
Any major library can be checked in references on
signs and symbols and this symbol can be verified as
anything but a symbol of "peace". Those who use this
symbol have been doublecrossed.

ASTROLOGY - ASTROPHYSICS AND ASTRONAUTICS
Astrology, is defined in the dictionary, as " a
claiming to foretell the future by study-
1ng the supposed influence of the relative positions
of the Moon, Sun, and Stars on humau affairs".
Astronautics, is defined in the dictionary, as "the
science that deals with the problems of travel in
outer space, especially to the Moon and other planets".
Astrophysics, in the dictionary is defined as "the
science of the physical properties and phenomena of the
stars, planets, etc.".
Now the three all have to do with the stars, moon,
and planets, except astrology also has to do with human
affairso Human affairs have to do with the other two,
especially billions in taxes to make them go; so up
until astrology bas been a pseudoscience.
Vseudo, as defined in the dictionary is "to deceive,
a comb1n1ng form meaning, ficticious, pretended, sham,
counterfeit, illusory, not corresponding to reality".
So according to the dictionary definitions, astrology
is an illusory ficticious sham.
The Russian and N.A.S.A. space programs, plus Venus
and Mars flights, are beginning to reveal that the
"influence on human affairs" of Astrology are not
pseudo after all.
Medical science has already established, from past
records, that there are more people committed to asylums
at the period of the Full Moon than at any other time
of the month. Our space program has established the
following data. This data is only the released in-
formation from American and Russian space flights. You
can bet there is much more being withheld.
Grasp the fact that you, and me, and every living
thing are influenced by these external forces of the Sun,
the Moon, and the Stars.
Nuclear particles coming from outside of our solar
system change the weather. Micro radio waves coming
from outer space are both essential and detrimental to
human health and are bombarding the Earth.
Plants show biochemical changes every 4 to 7 days in
monthly cycles. These changes last from 1 to 16 hours.
Russian scientists, Dr. Chizhevsky, discovered that
our bodies are a receiver and every !!! is in
with forces generated by the
Sun spots and prominences produce cyclic mass .mental
disorders and other cycles of the Sun produce energies
as vital as water, and air.
As we have printed before in the "Proceedings", space
is not empty. Now' Russian and N.A.S.A. scientists have
announced that space has an 8 cycle per sec'ond rhythm
which is the same resonance as the waves of the human
brain.

In the "Proceedings" of December 1953, 18 years
before the verification of both Russian and N.A.S . A .
space probes, we printed the following, on page
"Between the breathing of these two primary forces, He
created rhythm. This brings about a wave motion which
consolidates the individual lines into-rDands'."
Now we know from the space probes that this rhythm
of the waves is 8 cycles per second.
So as the planets, and Moon and Sun have conjunctions,
squares, and trines, one can see why "human affairs"
are affected.
It has been found that heart transplant recipients
have the rhythm of their own heart continue and the
rhythm of the transplanted heart overlapping each other.
The rejection, by the body, of a new heart results in
the death of the patient because these two rhythms are
not in resonance, or harmonics with each other. There-
fore they set up a gradually increasing discord that
results in death when they nullify each other.
We may find in our space research that there is a
heart rhythm in space as well as a brain rhythm. In
this we may find the solution to the many heart attacks
as a result of our space research.
One thing is being established,that humans are as
individual as their fingerprints, that we all have micro-
wave differences and we are all creations of cosmic in-
fluences on a universal scale.

Since astrology says that these external influences
start at the place and the time of ones birth, it can
be seen why we are all different by a second, or a mile.
If you are born on a train going 60 miles per hour,
there is a point on the track, and the clock, where the
influences of the Sun, Moon, and Planets start affecting
you, relative to the rotation point of the Earth, re-
lative to the influence from other planets, the Sun,
and the Moon in their orbit positions at that moment.
Science says the Moon raises billions of tons of water
in tides in the oceans, so it must have some effect on
the plus 70% water makeup of humans.
Space itself has a rhythm that makes it stay space.
If this pure eternal rhythm is interrupted by a planet,
a sun, or a moon, the reaction will manifest polarity
wise in an emission , or interruption, of this space
energy. Having got stuck, in the tree of knowledge, on
the limbs labeled electricity and magnetism, the
scientists haven't developed instruments that work on
the life force of the tree, and discount the roots,
trunk, and other limbs, which are just as valid as the
limbs of electricity and magnetism.
A fish, recently found deep in the Indian Ocean,
conforms exactly with fossil forms said to be millions
of years old. There was no of the fish for
millions of years.
Now that science has not abandoned the evolution
theory, from evidence found on the Earth, they are be-
ing forced to abandon it by evidence found in space.
Everything is what it is by the Eternal Intelligence of
the infinite energy of space. Matter manifestations
like people, planets, suns and fish, are adaptions of
energy, all relative to each other in a universal
rhythm of eternity. Anything that is, cannot ever not
be. It may change to conform to some other energy, or
matter, rhythm, or environment, where it fits for a
time. We are stuck with ourselves where we are, in the
rhythm of space, and time.
A check back on crop losses reveals that boll weevils,
locusts, and moths, come in waves over world-wide areas
with outpouring of radiations in high Sun cycles. In
between these periods, they disappear as if they never
existed.

Scientific instruments, in the deep space flights,
have revealed that all planets affect the Sun, and the
Sun then affects the ''Magnetopause" around the Earth,
and the "Magnetopause" in turn affects our weather, all
on Sun cycles. This conforms to what Nikola Tesla
said, "that we are pawns of external forces".
Back in the "Proceedings" of November 15, 1953 on
page 3, we said, "seven stages of universal law apply
directly to the being of man". These seven were. listed
as: gender, cause, polarity, vibration, rhythm, relativi-
ty, and mentality. These manifest everything by inter-
change between them
The stars, solar systems, and galaxies, are all
radiating influences that affect all other bodies like
the Earth. We cannot understand these influences by
thinking they don't exist.
THE NORTH MAGNETIC POLE
According to the latest maps, the North Magnetic Pole
is now at 76 North Latitude and 101 West Longitude.
Twenty years ago it was at 72 North Latitude and 98
West Longitude.
Twenty years ago it was on the Northern tip of
Prince of Wales Island, now it is on the Northern tip
of Bathurst Island. It is now 14 South of the Earth's
geophysical North Pole. It is moving 5 every 20 years
directly toward the geophysical North Pole.
It is predicted that the movement will accelerate as
the two poles get closer together. With 14 now separat-
ing them and rate of movement 5 every 20 years, this
should bring them together in 40 to 50 years.
According to theory, when they come together, the
Earth will tilt on its axis relative to its orbit
around the Sun. This could accelerate much faster than
anticipated in its present speed. Massive changes of
continents will accompany this shift of the poles.

Viewed from profile, and strangely resembling a flying
saucer silhouette, here we see Dr. Pages' elementary
illustration of a rocket prototype he sketched in a
brief annotation.
ANTIGRAVITATION
The argument usually used by opponents of the extra-
stellar origin of flying saucers is that such a journey
would be unrealizable. They assert that it would take
centuries.
According to Einstein's Special Theory of Relatiiity,
the speed limit is thai of light. At that speed mass
would become infinite. This is the corner-stone of
their argumentation. However, the discovery of new
particles in nuclear physics more and more challenges
this theory.
Gerald Feinberg, professor of theoretical physics at
Columbia University, in New York, published in
PHYSICAL REVIEW (1967) his new theory concerning
TACHYONS-- a word derived from the Greek 'tachyos',
meaning "fast". Feinberg supplied _Eroof
that there existed a counterpart to Einsteinian mass,
namely particles that move infinitely fast, but become
slower as they approach the speed of light. According
to Feinberg, "tachyons" are a BILLION TIMES FASTER than
light, yet they cease to exist whence reduced to the
speed of light or below it.
Three years later, on the twenty-eighth of August,
1970, two English scientists, John Allen and Geoffrey
Endean announced their discovery of an electromagnetic
field of which its "characteristics alone would prove
erroneous Einstein's theory". According to their
observations, particles within this electromagnetic
field locomote at a speed about TWICE that of lighto

The primary results obtained in Antigravitation
research shot another BIG hole through Einstein's
theory: Dr. Marcel Pages, born in Perpignon, France
in 1904, doctor in medicine and nuclear engineering,
in one of his post-revolutionary works wrote: "In only
a few months I could give France the number one posi-
tion in the space race through the materialization of
a chemical-utilizing engine (eventually empl9ying
nuclear fuel) that would leave cyclopic American or
Russian rockets of classical conception far behind:
applying the antigravitation principle, this spacecraft

could rush into interstellar space FASTER THAN LIGHT".
Dr. Page's works are based on the principal that
there is no gFavitational attraction in nature, there
are only repulsive or forces; contrary to
what has come to be considered as one of the essential
bases in traditional science, he explains, objects are
not attracted by internal terrestrial forces or by any
other planet, but rather, f!ELD DOWN by a force of
space. The apparent result is the same and does not,
tfierefore, contradict Newton's law. Newton effectively
defined the effects of gravitational action, but he did
not explain its source.
The general principle of antigravitation follows:
"A body falls towards Earth or ricochets back to-
ward the cosmos accordingly as its density is greater
or lesser than that of the environment in which it
ingresses", e.g.; cork in water; hydrogen balloon in
air. Consequently, if energy is heavy, it must create
around a planet a particular energetic atmosphere
analoguous to that planets gaseous atmosphere, taking
notice, however, of a few fundamental differences.
This energetic atmosphere must have a mass represented
by W/C2. Its mean density is, a priori, inferior to
that of matter since the material body falls into it.
On the other hand, if it could be possible to
determine an energetic climate of a lesser density than
the ambiant environment IN the center or heart of our
gaseous atmosphere, there would occur the manifestation
of an ascending repulsion.
Dr. Pages explains: "We must notice the complete
analogy between the Archimedian reaction of an airless
balloon in the atmosphere that is crushed by atmospheric
pressures of many thousands of tons of which the
ascendant force is only due to the weight differences
of displaced air, and the archimedian reaction between
two hemispheres charged positively and negatively that
are crushed by colossal forces but of which the elevat-
ing force is solely due to the difference between the
mathematical mass of the energy that has been trans-
formed by manipulative interference inside the balloon
and that of the ambiant energy. Calculating this force
becomes elementary when one is acquainted with the
knowledge that Mass-energy divided by the speed of light
squared; M=E/C2".

And Dr. Pages "The gravitational force
can be neutralized by producing an inversed field of the
electromagnetic nature. Any engine or rocket capable
of producing such a field will escape gravity and
limitlessly actuate itself, guided simply by field
orientation."
Basing his works on this theory, Dr. Marcel Pages
has determined the characteristics of an experimental
prototype of a spacesh;i.p - he is founder-member 'of
C. I.R . G., an international research center on gravi-
tation created at Rome, Italy, in 1961. Following are
given the principle headlines of his prototype
1. Weight cancellation is realizable by causing a
charge of electrons, extracted from the body-to-be
degravitated to rotate at the speed of light around
that degravitated body
2. This degravitation is, theoretically, accompanied
by the neutralization of the efficacious mass, . --
thus the inertia of the system. In consequence, a
minimal acceleration in this state provokes phenomenal
speeds.
3. Proceeding from these notions, a machine based on
antigravitational mechanisms will have its external
appearance in perfect conformity with the shape of
the well known "flying saucer":. a central sphere
encircled by two inversed disks.
4. Within the central metalic sphere, the pilot's
cabin would be situated.
5. Around this sphere would be an internally hollow
and airless disk made out of isolating matter, like
ceramic.
6. An electron- generator with thorium or tungsten
filament( s) linked with the sphere and reserved within
the space between the airless inversed disks permits
the extraction of the charge.
7. A di-, tri-, or polyphase generator fed by high
frequency oscillators would drive the charge about
the sphere in between the disks.
8. Charged plates would ornament the exteriority of
the isolated disks on the top and undersides and,

being connected to the ultra-high-frequency generators,
will create the polyphase system or a rotating field.
According to recent calculations, this field can
rotate at speeds superior to c, (the speed of light).
9. The driving-synchronization of the field is
obtained by connecting the grills of the power-
oscillator to the cavities of a magnetron.
And Dr. Pages resumes: "Thus the system decisively
presents itself as an electro-magnetic flying saucer
put in ultra-rapid rotation by a ground-to-air spaceship
carrying generator.
Theoretically, the thoric electronic field should,
once accelerated, maintain its energy for a practically
long time, owing to the fact that a circular current
contracts and sustains in a ultra-conductive environ-
ment.
The degravitative energy so accelerated, we find our-
selves in front of a giant hydrogen atom of which the
rotating charge should keep up at an energetic level
that is adjustable in function to the required accelera-
tion.
We are to note, on the other hand, that the reversal
of this acceleration (functioned by the locally obtained
energetic vacuum), is possible not only at the terres-
trial gradient, but by the theoretical thrust that would
push it up to a fantastically high elevation.
It is possible therefore to be ejected out to the
cosmos at theoretically illimited speeds; a cubic
centimeter - of absolute emptiness causing a powerful
repulsion of hundreds of millions of tons!

ADDITIONAL PYRAMID DATA
The American Indians knew the powers of preservation
of the pyramid principle. No one knows where they found
out about it, but it was used by them down through their
generations to preserve deer and buffalo meat.
They hung the meat strips in a pyramid-shaped tepee
and when the meat was .preserved to the right time, it
could be stored and used indefinitely without spoiling.
When a rotten piece of meat, with maggots crawling
in it, is placed in the small pyramid, the maggots crawl
out of the meat, and out of the pyramid, and die around
the outside.
One of our associates made a pyramid, big enough to
put his head in, and suspended the pyramid from the
ceiling by strings, oriented so it maintained the faces
North, South, East, and West. When he walked under it
and put his head up inside of it, the only results were
violent headaches.
The pyramid shaped ray, that extends below the base,
fans out on the same angles and goes down through floors
and seems to penetrate the very Earth. Vern Cameron
found that an invisible pyramid form remains for a week,
or more, where a pyramid has sat for a long period of
time and then moved to another place.
The rod of force which goes upward from the apex at
the top of the pyramid seems to do fantastic things.
It has a density that bounces dowsing rods off of it.
It will create a static electrical charge in aluminum
foil wrapped around a bottle. It appears to have
regenerative effects, and as some people have reported
who stayed several hours on top of the pyramid at Giza
in Egypt, they felt younger. Maybe we have an elderly
reader who will make a 24" pyramid, and orient it rigid
on the floor, and staQd over it every day and see if
this regenerative force will bring him added vitality.
There are so many things to try. Just remember the
bottom forces are detrimental and the top forces are
beneficial.
No structure in the world compares with the Great
Pyramid of Giza. It is obvious that this tremendous

amount of work was not done to make a tombo It covers
an area equivalent to eight square blocks of any modern
city. tts mass is composed of about ~ million separate
blocks of stone. Each block weighs 2 to 80 tons.
The Napolean expedition to study the pyramids in
1799, calculated there were enough stones in the Great
Pyramid to construct a wall around the boundaries of
France ten feet high.

IN MEMORY
It is with sorrow that we notify our readers of the
death of Vern L. Cameron. Vern died March 28, 1972 at
75 years of age.
Vern was one of our valued associates f r o ~ 20 years
past. He probably did more research on the pyramid
principle that anyone else.
Our condolences go out to his wife Catharine and son
Lester.
