We are not deaLing with , disease . here but rather wi t .h
regeneration of the body cells. Our findings, over
the years;, conclude that a vital body cannot be sick.
It is only when the electrical charge =of the cells in
any patticular organ, or gland, are diminished, that
malfunction occurs.
Those organs we call vital, , which must ,. operate tQ
stay never get a rest as . they . go twenty-four
hours a day, year after year. :
Although some of these .other researches are for
responses in medical sciencei ' they parallel
: our regenerative principles.
The electron is not matter as such; it is a center
of .field ac.tivity. As such it has demonstrated .the
ability to maintain its electrical charge over thousavds
of years. Plants that have died still show the
electrons charged. in the dead plant and even. continue
actively in the ashes if the plant is burned.
Seeds, found in . ancient tombs, several thousand
years old, have been planted and grow as if they came
from last year's plants.
Spirit is t he electrical nature of life that makes
organic creatures live.
The celia, little antenna-like hairs that line the
respiratory system in the breathing creatures, like
humans, extract the electrical charge from the atoms in
the spectrum that we call oxygen. This electrical
charge is then picked up by the cells in the blood,
which are capacitors. As they circulate in the blood
throughout the body, they in turn discharge electrical

energy to the other cells as they require it.

In Jalisco, Mexico, 40 miles west of Guadalajara, green
moss grows in water with a temperature of 235 F.
This is 23 above the boiling point of water.
Humans live from 75 to 120 years of age in volcanic
areas simply because the igneous rock crystalizes under
pressure and produces a mass piezo-electric field.
In the Coral Islands, arthritis and other deteriora-
ting diseases are rampant. Hardly anyone living there
lives to be 65 years old. Coral contains little
electron field force because of its composition.
Fish have never been known to be sick unless they
encounter man-made pollution of the waters. Of course
they live in water, which shields them from detrimental
sun rays.
Current researches show negative polarity ions to
be beneficial to health, and positive polarity ions to
contribute to many of our ills. This is why photon
positive polarity emissions from the sun cause skin
cancer with overexposure.
Research has demonstrated that positive ions in the
air aggravate pollenosis, asthmas, rhinitis, and sinus
infections. Each cubic centimeter of air shows
approximately 1200 positive air ions as opposed to
about 1000 negative ions.
Dr. Igho Hart Kornblueh, Department of Physical
Medicine, Graduate Hospital of the University of
Philadelphia, in years of research, established, "Not-
withstanding all shortcomings, there is substantial
proof of the therapeutic value of air ions and at the
same time, well established evidence of a complete
absence of undesirable aftereffects."

Dr. Kornblueh states that negative ions soothed
the pains of burns so greatly that no narcotics were
needed for 8596 of the victims treated in a negative
ion room.
Dr. Robert McGowin of Philadelphia's Northeastern
Hospital stated, ''negative ions make burns dry out
faster, heal faster and with less scarring. They also
reduced the need for skin grafting."
Dr. Walter H. Eddy of Columbia University, took 60
mice especially bred to be susceptible to lung cancer,
and separated them into two groups of 30 each. One
group was kept in ordinary atmosphere, the other group
in a room with a high negative ion content. At the
end of 2 months, 22 of the thirty kept in ordinary
atmosphere developed lung cancer and died. Of the
group in the negative ion charged room, only 2 died
and the other 28 showed no sign of lung malignancies.
This type of ion therapy is used in more than 100
Russian hospitals.
At the University of California, and in Russian
research, tests were run on the nervous system which
is responsible for respiration and heart function.
Positive ions caused serotonin to be released faster,
which causes pains, cramps, irritability, insomnia,
stress, and general discomfort. Negative ions stim-
ulated enzymes which destroy serotonin and bring about
healthy conditions in the body and feelings of well
being.
Dr . Maki Takata, M.D. and Professor of Toho Uni-
ve rsity, in Japan, found that negative ions bring
about sound sleep, healthy appetite, rapid recovery
from fatigue, optimism, normalizes blood pressure and
gives relief from allergies.
Dr. Takata believes that negative ions retard the
aging process to such an extent that anyone using
negative ions will live an active life until 90 years
of age.
Dr. Taichiro Akiyama, M.D., reported that negative

ions have proven most effective a s a cancer prevent-
ative.
Dr. Fredrick Golla at the University of London,
proved that the brain, like a condenser, stores electri-
city in its nerve cells.
Medical science has come to realize tha t every
functional change in the body i s a s sociated with elec-
tricity, but they a re uncertain of the source.
Why is the individual citizen, in the United States,
prohibited from buying negative ion machines by the
Food and Drug Administration? What do negative ions
have to do with Food and Drugs?
Sea rs, Roebuck, and Company sells an electronic air
cleaner which i s listed in the i r c a t a log. If you buy
one of these "air cl e aners" and removeil the p ositive
wire in the scre e n system, yuu would have a negative ion
machine.
Jeno and Madeline Barnothy, and other researchers,
are getting the same results as the negative ions are
getting, with magnetic fields. Actually the magnetic
fields polarize the ions and the ions get the results.
Your body contains uncountable numbers of ions in
the hydrogen atoms in the water, in the body.
In our "Integratron" we give a one-shot instant
polarization to every ion in the cells of the body, and
bombard the exterior with billions of ions with magne-
tic fields that pass t h r o u ~ h the body enhancing enzyme
reactions.
Russian research shows that negative ions can be
assimilated through the respiratory s ystem, but al s o
verify our principle that they can be assimilated
through the skin.
Quriting from the Los Angeles Times of August 13,
1977, in an article titled, "Soviets Aimi ng for Life-
spans of 400 Years.": "Dr. L. Sukharebsky, uirector of

the Public Institute of Juvinology, says 'I don't want
to cause a sensation, but I want to tell you something
that may shock you. Scientists believe that the
human being can live not just 100 years, but 400 years
and even more.'"
L.V. Komarov, a biologist at the Institute of General
Genetics, says he has doubled the life span of house-
flies by feeding them magnet i zed sugar. Komarov said,
"that by concentrating so heavily on conquering the
diseases associated with old age, researchers are not
spending enough time on the real problem of old age
itself." Komarov says, "Ultimately the key to longer
life would be passed genetically from parents to
children."
Russian research is financed through the Soviet
Academy of Sciences.
We are aiming higher than the Soviets. We are aim-
ing for at least a 900 year life span with recharges
of the body every 10 to 15 years.
Our research started nearly 30 years ago, and we are
coming down the home-stretch with proven electrostatic
magnetic ionic principles thut do not involve shots,
chemistry, or pills.
Our policy is to enhance the electrical energies
that cause biophysical life, not add chemical changes
that have side-effects and after-effects which become
new problems.
All of these researches, and many others, verify our
principles here.
Age is the loss of energy that cannot be replaced by
normal resting. Aging can only be regenerated in the
battery-capacitor body by cl1arging it both electrically
and magnetically.

ANNUAL DIRECTORS MEETING
The date for the Annual of the Board of
Directors of the Ministry of Universal Wisdom, Incor-
porated, has been changed from the 8th of October to
the lst of October, for 1977.
The meeting will be held in Yucca Valley, California,
in the Community Hoom of the Allstate Savings and Loan
Association, on the 29 Palms Highway ( 62), at 8:00
P.M.
Voting members of the Ministry of Universal Wisdom
are those people who receive the "Proceedings" and have
contributed $12.00, or more, within the twelve
months, dating back to October 1, 1976. As a 30 day
notice is required, the closing date for eligibility is
September 1, 1977.

THE TIME IS HERE
"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil,
that put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter."
Isaiah 5:20.
Moral degradation, child-sex movies, legalized drugs,
bombings, hostages held to ransom revolutionaries,
sauna sex parlors, XXX-rated movies, authority-approved
"gay week" for homosexuals, commercialized churches,
payoffs for contracts abroad, riots, skyjacking air-
liners, graft, robberies, stores looted and stock
destroyed, bankrupt cities, courts that make deals be-
fore the trials, cars called back because of poor
engineering; can anything be more wrong, or opposite,
or good for evil? All for greed and power.
"Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty
spirit before a fall. Better it is to be an humble
spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the
proud." Proverbs 16:18-19.
Now who is "an humble spirit with the lowly?"
Preachers? Politicians? Television? Newspapers?
None. They are all dividing "the spoil with the
proud."
"Behold the former things are come to pass, and new
things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell
you of them. " Isaiah 42:9. - --
Dam breaks, earthquakes, Watergate, airline crashes,
blackouts; all predicted by psychics before they
occurred, and the people were told of them through the
publishing media.
"Verily, verily I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall
see heaven open and angels of God ascend1ng and des-
cending upon the Son of Man. St. John 1:5.
This doesn't say they will contact the dark m a t e r ~
ialistic satan lovers. It says they wiil contact the

Son of :Man which are the creative, God loving people.
The TrSon of Man" is the creation that was given domin-
ion over all-rhings. Things are the humanoids who look
like Man, but are upright bipeds who are the offspring
of men-anct have no principles or morals. They are the
one"SWho seek authority, and corrupt the world with their
satanic crossbreed legislation and loophole laws for the
mighty. They are the ones who are God fearing;
attending churches with the guilty congregations with
the hypocritical hope that the church will save them
and sneak them into heaven.
"He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man;
The field is the world; .. the good seed arethechildren
of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the
wicked one. The enemy that sowed them is the devil;
the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers
are the angels." St. Matthew 13:37-38-39.
Those who are righteous are the Son of M a n ~ Those
who "do unto others". Jesus is called-,;The Son of Man"
many times in the Bible. Those who follow, in practice,
the teachings of Christ are the Christians, not the ones
who attend church for vanity and front, or fear.
"And what will you do in the 1ay of visitation, and
the desolation which shall come rom far? to whom will
ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory?"
Isaiah 10:3.
This is "the day of visitation", with U.F.O. 's
ascending and descending. "The desolation which shall
come from far", (atomic missiles). "To whom will ye
flee for help?" To the government? To the church?
Ho! Ho! Ho! You might as well flee to the Jolly Green
Giant.
"They come from a far country, from the end of
heaven, even the Lord and the weaponsof his indigna-
tion, to destroy the whole land." Isai ah 13:5.
This is fighting fire with fire. It will be necess-
ary to destroy the destroyers before there can be a
heaven on earth. The last several administrations in
government could have made a heaven on earth with the

money spent for weapons of war. This proves that the
world authority is not creative: not God loving, or God
fearing. They are under the destructive influence of
mammon (money) greed and power.
The military has taken over the world. Civilians
are only the geese that lay the "golden eggs". (Taxes).
They just staged a military mock war here on the
Twentynine Palms Marine Ba se. It involved 25,000 men;
trucks and jeeps in convoys by the hundreds, jets,
helicopters and tanks. They spent enough for this one
maneuver to build the "Integratron" a hundred times.
The government cries "save fuel" to civilians, and then
burned millions of gallons of gasoline and diesel fuel
on this one exercise, which didn't do a bit of good for
the people who paid for it.
"And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with
armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh."
St. Luke 21:20.
Whether one takes Jerusalem, the city, in the
Middle ~ a s t , or JerUSAlem, the United States, here, as
the place surrounded by armies, we know both places
are the plums of the destructive forces and both are the
targets of destruction.
Then in the midst of all this conflict comes another
Biblical prophecy.
"As birds flyin9, so will the Lord of hosts defend
Jerusalem: defend1ng also he will deliver it, c:md pass-
ing_ over he will preserve it." Isaiah 31:5.
"Passing over", "as birds flying", has to be in the
sky. U.F.O. 's, angels ascending and descendTng-,-and
the things happening now, relative to prophecy, in-
dicate "the time is here".
Prophecy gives us no time for the return of Christ
except that "every eye shall see him". Today \Ve have
world-wide television thr-ough, satellite relay, which
didn't exist before.

WHAT'S GOING ON
About a hundred years ago an editorial article was
printed in the newspapers as follows:
"A man was arrested yesterday, charged with attempt-
ing to obtain money under false pretenses. He claimed
he was promoting a device whereby one person could talk
to another person miles away, by means of a small
electrical apparatus and some wire. Without doubt
this man is a fraud and an unscrupulous trickster and
must be taught that the American public is too smart to
be the victim of this and similar schemes. Even if
this insane idea worked it would have no practical value
other than for circus sideshows."
Shortly after this, in 1876, Alexander Graham Bell
patented the telephone and today people can talk world-
wide.
Then came radio, the automobile, airplanes, tele-
vision, atomic energy and men on the moon, all in one
generation of people.
In the 1920's, Barney Oldfield said he was going to
drive a Stutz Bearcat automobile 60 miles an hour.
The horse-and- buggy people laughed. They said a per-
son couldn't live at 60 miles per hour. Now we've
raced cars at over 600 miles per hour, and orbited men
around the earth at 18,000 miles per hour, and accelerat-
ed men to the moon at 25,000 miles per hour.
In spite of colored television pictures in the home,
which are accepted as commonplace, and men going to the
moon and returning safely, there are still people who
will refuse to accept new things because of their
retarded thinking; or the new science will rock the
economic boat, and such instant progress must be blocked
because the economic world cannot adjust to it.

rhe President has just condoned one of his appoin-
tees getting million doll a r l oan s from t wo di f ferent
banks using the same collateral for both loans. Now
that this has been officially declared not illegaL,
here is how the - little man could use it-.-- If you owe a
mortgage on your home to one bank, go to another bank
and get another loan on the same property. Then pay
off the first loan with the second loan, and file a
clear deed of title and record it. The clear deed of
title will not show the second loan against it. The
second bank cannot collect it's loan against the
property, which shows a legal paid in full ownership,
because the second loa11 should not have been granted on
the same collateral. You then own the property;

clear and legally. The President said this was not
illegal, but what is it going to do to the banking
system? The taxpayers are already paying for a de-
funct New York city, by this same hokus pokus.
If Washington says it's O.K., it doesn't matter
whether it's illegal or not. If Washington decides
to withhold information on developments paid for by
t .1e taxpayers, they also say they have that right under
national securi.!:.,y. So they perpetuate energy crises-
over oil while they withhold energy principles for 20
to 50 years. These principles of energy propulsion
and directional control are non-polluting to the
atmosphere. There goes the respiratory ailments in
people, and doctors and hospitals go broke.
Na t ional Security is the maintaining of control over
the economic condition of the country in spite of any-
thing.
Securit_y is order. Law is not security. So lvhat
can a government composed mostly of lawyers do about
sci entific progress that they don't understand? Hide
it under the offical carpet. Hope things will get
better. Put out official statements that are either
confusing, mean nothing, or are lies.
