According to the presented data has 5% of the family has pregnant women on the 261 interviewed families in the barangay. Majority of them dont have pregnant woman in the family. The reason that majority of them has no pregnant women in their family because some of them uses family planning such as natural method and artificial. 2. There was 7 women said that its their first pregnancy, 1 in the second pregnancy, and 4 for the fourth time. Majority of the given child birth 58% of them are only 1st born while others has 25%. The reason that majority of then only has 1st born child because they take into consideration the financial needs and other aspects. 4. There are 5 pregnant women had their tetanus toxoid once, 2 women had it twice, 4 women for three time and 1 said she have no tetanus toxoid. Majority of the vaccine that was given only once because some of them are not aware of the scheduled days of vaccination 7. There are 2 pregnant women said that they have ferrous sulfate for one month, 2 for two months, 6 for three months and 1 for four months. Majority of the pregnant mothers take ferrous sulfate

Some pregnant women are prone to binat because they are the one who always take care of their family and who always do the household chores. 11. There are 18 women said that they had their labor to their specific doctors. Most of them consults to the doctor because they believe that doctors is more knowledgeable when it comes to labor.

Majority of the mothers said that normal delivery is more affordable than cesarian and they are aware that cesarian is only used if there is any abnormalities. B. Most families in the barangay dont have enough money to buy powdered milk and they said that breast milk is much easier to provide and good for babies. 3. The data shows that the majority of number in feeding time is 6 for 1-2 months, 5 for 3-4 months, 3 for 2 years and above, and 1 for 5-6, 7-8, 9-12 months. Based on the results in the bar graph that when you feed your child for 1-2 months there is a greater chance that a child will be healthy to achieve optimal growth, development and health.an integral part of the reproductive process with important implications for the health of mothers. Foods should be adequate, meaning that they provide sufficient energy, protein and micronutrients to meet a growing child's nutritional needs. Foods should be prepared and given in a safe manner to minimize the risk of contamination. Feeding young infants requires active care and stimulation to encourage the child to eat. 4. Majority of the population said that their children has complete immunization because they said that they are updated about the vaccination given in the barangay and they know the importance of vaccination. 3. According to them their children are not vaccinated because they dont know the date of giving vaccination in the health center and the reason is maybe because they are not active in the meeting.

Majority of the respondents said that their child usually eats rice, vegetables, and meat because they know the benefits provided by these foods. 2. Majority of the respondents usually eats 3 times a day because most of them has enough income to spent for their food and it is traditional among filipinos to have 3 meals a day. 3. Majority of the respondents said that their child take Multivitamins because it has all the essential minerals to strengthen the immune system.

There are 26 said that the best solution to the problem is feeding program and weighing, 13 for referral to nutritionist or DSWD, and 10 for health teaching on proper feeding. Majority of the families said that the best way to solve the weight problem is continuous feeding program and weighing because implementing this program will help the mothers to monitor the child and at least there could be an increase of the weigth of the child. Out of 261 families, 93 families said that they go to dentist for check-up, while 168 families said that they dont go for dental check-up. The table shows that majority of the families dont have time to have dental check up because of lack of their knowledge about dental care. 2. There are 168 families didnt have dental check-up. 77 of them dont go for dental check up because of workloads, 20 are afraid, 15 said that clinic is too far, 38 no budget, and 18 lack of knowledge. The table shows that majority of the families didnt have dental check-up because of the said reasons above.

There are 146 families use family planning. 78 said it was effective, 59 said it has a good effect on the health of the mother as well as on the child, and 9 said because of poverty. Families in the barangay consulted doctors because they are more knowledgeable about family planning. 4. There are 31 said they use pills, condom 13, IUD 13, Tali 12, Calendar method 18, and withdrawal 58. Withdrawal is the commonly used method of birth control because it is cheapest and easiest way.

Out of 115 who dont not use family planning, 18 said because their husband didnt like the idea, 76 lack of knowledge, 5 not allowed in their religion, 5 were afraid on the possible effect, 12 were separated, 2 said they dont have a child yet. Majority of the families in the community are not knowledgeable about family planning because some of them are undergraduated. H.1. The non-contagious diseases in the barangay, out of 128 person, 13 had CAD/CHF/RHD, 19 DM, 7 Cancer, 7 ulcer, 38 asthma, 37 hypertension, 1 arthritis, 1 heart disease, 1 kidney stone, and 2 lung diseases. Asthma has the highest rate of non-contagious disease because of the crowded and polluted area. H.2. The contagious diseases in the barangay, out of 40, 4 had PTB, Pneumonia 1, chicken pox 2, dengue 10, LBM 17, Measles 2, Pigsa 2, Cough 2. LBM is the most common disease in the community because of poor handling of food, unproper sanitation and the open drainage in the kitchen.
