I always asked her why she was one, but she would always tell me she doesnt want to talk about it. When she told me why she was an atheist I was shocked to hear her answer. The words started flowing out of her as if she was Niagara Falls. She wondered how the Christian God can let so many bad things happen to people. Also, she said that science was a better explanation to everything because scientists can back their theories with evidence. As she kept going on she was giving me a good explanation to why she feels this way, and how God isnt real. But as I listened to her tell me why she is an atheist I started to think of all the reasons on why God is real. As founder of Believe in God, a program where we provide the evidence to see that God is real, I want people to avoid thinking what my friend thought. We as people should be theist, which is believing God because atheist have no divine source responsible for the creation of life and the belief in God helps us to be moral. Atheists have no divine source responsible for the creation of life. According to the article Atheism, The Bible teaches that God created Adam and Eve as the first humans and that their original sin resulted in the need to suffer and die before they could join god in heaven (1). Basically, the article Atheism is saying that because of Adam and Eve we all have sin and have to live (suffer) then to die and join God. Because Adam and Eve, we all are born with sin and have to live on Earth with good and evil until we join God eternally. The article Atheism explains that People are born as sinners, and the purpose of human life is to atone for this sin

Kondrat 2 and to worship God and obey his laws (1). In other words, the article Atheism believes that we are to follow God and his laws because we are born as sinners. We live life to ask for forgiveness from God, so he can forgive our sin. Then, when we become old and die we go live life eternally with God. The belief of God helps us to be moral. In the article Only religion can teach Morality and Ethics Stephen Pope explains that Reason takes people all over the place, but only religious authority can settle things once and for all (2). Stephen Popes point is that reason (science) can take you anywhere you want to go or see, but religious authority (God) will give you the true reason on what is true. God will give you what you need not what you want. According to Stephen Pope, Christians assert that belief in God supplies a necessary motive for doing right and avoiding wrong (2). In other words Stephen believes that God gives you choices, but he wants you to make the right choices and avoid the wrong ones by following him. Without God how are we supposed to know what is good and what is bad. Adam and Eve didnt know until God told them. There are those who argue that atheism is more realistic. Those who are atheist are normal people, and go to churches for weddings and events for their friends. They are often put under the assumption that just because they dont believe in God means they are offended by anything that has to do with God. This isnt true they support their religious friends. But the question would be what exactly do atheists have to live for all throughout their lives? Theists live for God and obey his rules. In the long run those who follow God are kind hearted people even to those they hate because they follow the bible, which is like the law for religion. When my friend told me why she was an atheist, she didnt seem like she actually knew about God. She was telling me everything that she knows upon what she had seen. As I told her

Kondrat 3 that God gives us choices and freedom, what we do with our freedom and choices are up to us. To those who are atheist just hear some of us Christians out. Some of us may want to shove the religion down your throat, but that is not the case for all of us. We want you to see why we believe in God show you, and walk you through it. Believing God can give you a lifetime of hope and happiness. Everything happens for a reason.
