STANDALONE FINGERPRINT Question and Answer: Q:Some user's fingerprint often can't be verified to access, how to solve such problem?

A: The following situations can result in checking staff attendance failure: (1) Fingerprint was rubbed down; (2) Much crinkle on finger and often varies; (3) Serious desquamate of fingers.

If users fingerprint is not able to be verified, please delete it then enroll again, or another finger enrollment instead. You'd better select fine fingerprint (less crinkle, no desquamation, clear image) when enroll fingerprint, make your finger touch sensor nob with larger area, a comparable test should be made after enrollment, we suggest enroll more fingerprints copy. By the way our fingerprint T&A supplies 1:1 comparable method and password attendance function to check staff' attendance. Q: LCD cant fully display after switch on, sometimes strip occurred on screen, how to solve? A: Maybe: 1. Mainboard is broken; 2.
