Unexpected growth in foreign trade deficit in April 2014
The US foreign trade in goods and services in 2013 was a deficit of $476.4 billion (previous data $474.9 bn).
By 2014 its estimate a deficit of $511.4 bn (our previous estimate of $462.8 bn)
In April 2014 the deficit was $47.2 bn (our previous estimate $38.8 bn), up from a revised $44.2 bn in March 2014 (previous
data was $40.4 bn). The consensus range for April was $38.6 bn / $43.0 bn
