What we are:
The Station-e English Language Laboratory is an epoch-making
English and Soft Skills education Laboratory that believes in
learning by doing rather than spoon-feeding students as most of
the other institutes do. In other words, Station-e epitomizes an
entirely new era of professional training unlike the ordinary
English training institutes mushrooming all over the country. Its
courses in the English Language Communication have benefited
an array of different learners in learning the Basic English
language skills in an entertaining and interactive manner. Right

development of communication and soft skills among the Indian
youth by conducting short term English Communication and Soft
Skills Development Programme.

Call Centre Training

Call Centre Training is the core area of the vision and expertise of
Station-e. This training module comes across as a complete
solution provider to the trainees in the terms of working in a call
centre. The trainees at Station-e acquire comprehensive training
in Communication Skills with a special emphasis on reducing MTI
(Mother Tongue Influence) and on the acquisition of Accent
Neutralization. This training module also provides the learner with
incisive insights into grammar, telephone etiquette, customer
service and call centre culture as a whole.

The following information gives the detailed account of our activities

in the educational system of India:
1. Communicative English – I
This training module has been devised to equip the language
aspirant with the essential components of communicative skills in
a fashion suitable to this fast-paced lifestyle of the 21st century. It
trains the learners in grammar, RP (Received Pronunciation) and
fluency using the latter-day techniques of ELT (English Language
Teaching). The learner eventually finds himself on par with the
rest of the world when it comes to communication. It may sound
like magic but it takes place within 1 hour everyday for 3 months.

2. Communicative English – II
This training module involves 2 hours of work in the lab for 3
months which means double the amount of time spent in the lab.
In practical application, this training module ensures in-depth
discussions on grammar, aspects related to phonetics like accent,
intonation etc. and a spectrum of innovative activities to be done
by the learner in the lab Besides, the time factor being in the
favour of the learner, he or she will get enormous amount of
practice sessions.

3. Professional Communication
As geographical boundaries have become null and void due to
globalization, the business houses are required to have
employees trained in professional communication. This training
module addresses all the requirements of a business house in
terms of training its employees in written and oral communication
skills. The program contains sessions on all the requisite
components of language-grammar, fluency and pronunciation.

4. English for Housewives:

Customized Learning Programs for:

Station-e develops exclusive learning programs for its corporate
clients. Station-e has served corporate like WIPRO BPO (A
Division of Wipro Ltd.), Shoppers’ Stop, Rajoo Engineering Ltd.,
Max NewYork Life Insurance etc. The programs are developed
according to Customer specific requirements.
International Standards of Grading and Certification:
Each paper contains 50 marks each. The trainee is evaluated on
Seven Scale Point. At the completion of the course, the trainee is
required to appear in an exam conducted on the internationally
acclaimed Seven Scale Point. This exam is devised to assess the
four basic skills of language, i. e. Listening, Speaking, Reading
and Writing. The trainee is awarded a certificate after the
successful completion of the course.
