- Why do you wish to attend this programme?
- Describe your motivation for attending this programme.
- Include a description of your future plans and career aspirations. Explain the importance of the programme in this
regard.
- Elaborate on how you will use the acquired skills/knowledge upon completion of this training. Explain how the
acquired knowledge is useful to your community or organisation.

B. An Essay (Max 500 words)

Select a social issue, a remarkable person, a problem or a significant event from your community, nearby
area or your country. Explain why the topic that you have chosen is important and why the world should
know about that. Also explain how can other communities learn or benefit from the issue you have raised
and discuss about the means (such as videos, books, articles, journals, internet etc.) that could be used in
order to disseminate the importance of chosen topic.
