I have been working on ICICI Bank Project as System Engineer with 3I InfoTech Limited from Nov1, 2012 till Sep15, 2013. I have been working on ICICI Bank Project as Facility Management Engineer with 3I InfoTech Limited on behalf of NetPro Solutions from May19, 2012 till Oct31, 2012. I have worked with Lexicon Computers in Allahabad as a Network and Desktop Support Engineer from Mar25, 2011 to Feb29, 2012. Handling the call flow and maintaining the violation. Managing and sending Engineer on call according location and issue. Get proper resolution and close the call with in TAT. Close the call with standard questionnaires. Helping the engineers with Net Meeting, Remote Desktop or by visiting on site. Take care of new software deployment. Time to time audit all the asset and installed software on it. Take care of all assets available in branches. Take care of location compliance
