With due regards it is to intimate that certain issued as details below with respect to GE JTOs and GE SDE are pending since long. Inspite of repeated pursuance at individual level these minor issued are still pending. we need your personnel intervention and time to discuss following agenda points, 1. Confirmation of GE-SDEs and GE JTOs recruited by BSNL. First batch of GE JTOs was recruited by BSNL with recruitment year as 2001, thereafter in year 2002, 2005, 2007 and 2009 new recruitments were done. Since confirmation letter is to be issued after TWO years of service by circle office, it is still pending for all direct recruited Graduate Engineers for UP (East) circle who have completed two years of regular service till date. We have already given letter regarding this on via No: UP(E) /CIRCLE/AIGETOA/02 Dated: 31th Aug 2012 2. Regarding grant of training allowance to DRJTOs at RTTC Lucknow We are constrained to intimate that newly joined DR JTOs as below at RTTC, Lucknow are not getting their training allowance. We have already brief this issue via No: UP(E) /CIRCLE/AIGETOA/05 Dated: 10th May 2013 3 For consideration of Pending E2 to E3 upgradation case of Gorakhpur Zone:The Gorakhpur Zone officers are not getting their E2 to E3 upgradation which was due since 01/01/2012.We are sighting the case Of Sh.V.P.Singh SDE Deoria and similar is the case with Sri P.K.Mall and other officers of Gorakhpur Zone . E2 to E3 upgradation case of Sri V.P.Singh SDE Deoria is as follows. Date of appointment in BSNL. :16/04/2002 Date of Upgradation in E1 To E2 :01/01/2007 Date of Training Completion of E1 to E2 :04/03/2012 Due date of E2 to E3 upgradation :01/01/2012

The DPC head at GR Zone level has recommended date of upgradation for E2 to E3 as 04/03/2012 but circle office is considering this upgration date as 01/01/2012.Based on above , CO has returned this case thrice, but till date this issue is still pending and no conclusion has reached.
