Psychologists believe that this attitude is all wrong. They say that each person has their own special qualities and that we shouldnt be afraid to be different from / at other people. TV and fashion magazines give us certain ideas about the way we should be. However, experts advise us not to listen to/ at them. Here are some tips to help you think more positively on / aboutyourself. Start to look of /for the good aspects of your character and work at developing them. Stop feeling self-pity and self-hatred.
