Official Election Report and Ratification at next Science Society meeting to be held on November 15th, 2013 at
2:00PM.

The attached form must be completed and submitted in a sealed envelope to the UWSA Office by November
1st, 2013 at 4:00PM. The UWSA Office is located on the second floor of the CAW Student Centre. The hours of
operation are Monday to Thursday: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM. Please ensure to have your
Nomination Package date-stamped and time-stamped by the UWSA employee collecting your forms.

All campaign materials must abide by all University poster policies.
All candidates must attend (or send a delegate to) the All Candidates Meeting (ACM), on Tuesday, November
5th, 2013, 2:00PM. Those who are not represented at the ACM forfeit and nullify their candidacy.
