Health and Safety Issue

Sometimes when using a computer screen for a long time you can get pains in your eyes from concentrating for too long on a screen. The display screen equipment regulations act of 1992 covers this and helps protect people from straining their eyes or get RSI from typing for too long.

How can you prevent it?

I can prevent from straining my eyes for looking at a computer screen for too long, by taking breaks for 5 minutes or so where Im not looking at a screen especially if we have a hour and a half lesson were we are just looking at a screen. I can make sure this doesnt happen as much as everybody else, by when I bring my laptop in which I will for this project, so when I plug it in to charge I need to make sure I choose a plug socket which is close by so the cables not pulled tight across the room, which someone could trip over.

Tripping over loose cable from laptops, when they are just laying across the room or pulled tight because they are plugged into sockets which are too far away.
