Respondents' argument in support of stay that is, P.16, ~ C "The Pending
Summary Judgment Motion for Invalidity [of another case, TSE v Google et
a/. (No. 13-cv-194, N.D. Cal.)] Also Independently Justifies Maintaining the
Stay", that has never been raised before the district cow1 but was first time
