UK: The inspiration comes from nature and every day experiences, and is expressed in paintings which are often built up by compositions of squares, rooms and little time pockets to disappear into, dream in, and be absorbed by. The colours own life, the lightness of the brushstrokes and rough contrasts creates depth and gives the paintings an aesthetic touch of tranquility and balance. Painting has been a big part of my life since 1990. As a self-taught artist, growth, experience, movement and experiment has been the key words for the motives created on the canvas today. Freja was born in 1969. Als autodidaktischer Knstler sind Wachstum, Entwicklung, Bewegung und Experiment Schlsselwrter fr die Motive, die heute auf der Leinwand gestaltet werden. Sie bndeln auerdem die Erfahrungen aus mehreren Aufenthalten an verschiedenen Kunstschulen. Freja ist 1969 geboren. UK: Chili was born in 1980 in Chile, but has lived her entire life in Denmark. She has studied art and art history, before she started art school. Just out of art school, she began working at Malerifabrikken. Chili works mostly with lighter shades of colors, but combines them with burnt colours to create the warmth she wants in her paintings. In spite of her young age, there is no doubt about her talent, and she is very well founded technically. With my abstract paintings I hope to give the spectators an experience, and give them that proclamation on the canvas that will make the paintings interesting enough for the imaginative viewer to keep exploring . D: Chili wurde 1980 in Chile geboren und ist in Dnemark aufgewachsen. Sie hat Kunstgeschichte und Bilderkunst studiert, bevor sie auf die Kunstschule kam. Direkt nach der Kunstschule hat sie in der Malerifabrikken angefangen. Chili arbeitet viel in der hellen Farbskala, aber versucht dieses mehr mit gebrannten Farben zu kombinieren, um hierdurch die Wrme zu erschaffen, die sie sucht. Trotz ihres jungen Alters herrscht kein Zweifel ber fachliche und technische Kompetenz und ihr groes Talent. Durch meine abstrakten Malereien, hoffe ich, dass ich den Betrachtern ein Erlebnis geben kann und dass diese den Aufruf hren in den Malereien mit der richtigen Fantasie auf Entdeckung zu gehen, in der Hoffnung, dass die Malereien durch den Aufruf interessant bleiben. Aprs son cole, elle a dbut directement auprs de Malerifabrikken. Chili travaille beaucoup sur les teintes claires quelle associe des couleurs plus chaudes pour crer la chaleur quelle recherche. Malgr son jeune ge, son talent ne fait aucun doute et sa technique est galement trs sre. A travers mes peintures abstraites, jespre pouvoir procurer au public des sensations, lui faire prouver cette rvlation qui fait que lon na de cesse de trouver le tableau passionnant, et que lon part sa dcouverte en plongeant dans la peinture, limagination en veil.

UK: Milla was born in 1969, and she began painting when she was 16 to earn extra money during her journalist studies. She also did graphic work and made trinkets onto which paint was applied, but she was more and more drawn towards painting, and her journalist training was never used. Milla has later studied two years at an art school abroad where she was taught by well known artists, and has also worked as a teacher in art and creative classes herself. Milla paints both guratively and abstract, and she is mostly inspired by people. She is extremely good at creating an atmosphere in her paintings, and gives them structure so that one can almost feel the paintings physically when looking at them. D: Milla wurde 1969 geboren und begann mit dem Malen als 16-Jhrige, um sich ein Zubrot zu ihrem Journalistikstudium zu verdienen. Sie schuf auch Graken und Schmuck, den sie bemalte, doch zog es sie immer strker zur Malerei hin und das Journalistik-studium blieb ungenutzt. Milla absolvierte anschlieend eine zweijhrige Ausbildung an einer Kunstschule im Ausland, wo sie bei bekannten Knstlern in die Schule ging. UK: The Danish artist Line B. is self-taught, and has earlier worked as a decorator. The combination of colours in the painting is very important to her, so that it matches the trends in interior decorating. Whith my background as a decorator I try to create the paintings not just as art, but also with the entire impression of the home in mind. The paintings must be able to be a part of the total furnishment of the home, and create the perfect balance between furniture and decoration. D: Die dnische Knstlerin Line B. ist autodidakt und arbeitete frher als Dekorateurin. Die Kombination von Farben in den Bildern ist fr sie sehr wichtig, damit es anschlieend in die Trends der Innendekorationen passt. Mit dem Hintergrund als Dekorateurin versuche ich die Bilder nicht nur als Kunst zu kreieren, sondern als Teil der Gesamteinrichtung zu entwerfen. Die Bilder sollten sich im Gesamtkonzept der Einrichtung integrieren und eine perfekte Balance zwischen Einrichtung und Dekoration schaffen. UK: Oline was born in 1969. Oline was originally educated as a textile designer and has worked as such for many years. Along with this she has been working as an artist since 1991. Although self taught, her years of experience, combined with her education in design, gives her a solid foundation. My philosophy is that the paintings shall t the home of today, and not the other way around. I work mostly with light colours and try to keep a lightness in the painting, so that it will not dominate the room. I like to work with different materials such as newspaper and photos to give a different and exciting dimension. D: Oline wurde 1969 geboren. Oline ist ausgebildete Textil-designerin und hat viele Jahre in der Branche gearbeitet. Zeitgleich hat sie die letzten 17 Jahre als Knstlerin gearbeitet. Sie hat sich in diesem Bereich alles selbst beigebracht. Die Kombination der langen Erfahrung und Ihrer Ausbildung gibt ihr einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Mein Ausgangspunkt ist es, dass das Bild zu dem Haus von Heute passen soll und nicht umgekehrt. Primr arbei-te ich mit hellen Farben und mchte gern eine Leichtigkeit in den Bildern beibehalten, so dass das Bild nicht den Raum dominiert. UK: Martin Thykjaer was born in 1960, and has a long career as an artist behind him. Martin Thykjaer combined his job as an architect with his career as an artist, and about ve years ago Thykjaer had his break through as an artist. Since then Martin Thykjaer has worked only with his burning passion: painting. Although the style and the motives from Thykjaer have been very consistent over the years, the paintings have gone through an ongoing development and the paintings now shows a very steady hand. The Paintings are abstract but combined with naturalistic elements, in the shape of landscapes and skylines, often in light colors combined with black to create a graphically inspired look. D: Martin Thykjaer wurde 1960 geboren und hat eine lange Karriere als Knstler hinter sich, welche jedoch nur wenige Jahre zurck mit Arbeiten innerhalb des Architektonischen kombiniert war. Nach seinem Durchbruch hat er sich jedoch nur mit dem einzig wahrem beschftigt, der Malerei. Auch wenn der Stil und die Motive Jahre lang die gleichen waren, haben die Malereien sich weiter entwickelt und auf den Bildern in diesen Jahren sieht man eine sehr ruhige Hand. Die Bilder sind abstrakt, jedoch immer mit dem mehr naturalistischen Element kombiniert. Dieses geschieht durch Landschaften oder Skylines, meistens in sehr hellen Farben, mit schwarz vermischt, welches einen graphisch inspirierten Look zeigt. UK: Gade was born and raised in Copenhagen. He now lives in Jutland, where he cultivates his music and his paintings. His background in music has taught him to compose on canvas with colour and brushes. Method, form, tone, scale, rhythm, tempo and strength are the building blocks of my music and painting. My amazement, excitement and joy of animals are reected in my designs. The animals are a clear reminder of the care, thoughtfulness and love, we must show our fragile earth. D: Gade ist geboren und aufgewachsen in Kopenhagen. Er lebt jetzt in Jtland, wo er seine Musik spielt und seine Gemlde malt. Sein Hintergrund durch die Musik hat ihn gelehrt, auf der Leinwand mit Farbe und Pinsel zu komponieren. Methode, Form, Ton, Rhythmus, Tempo und Strke sind die Bausteine in der Musik sowie auf den Gemlden. Meine Bewunderung, Begeisterung und Freude ber die Tiere kommt zum Ausdruck in meinen Gemlden. UK: Jannic was born in 1948 and has been an artist since 1982. Despite his long career as an artist, his work is still full of life and vitality, which is easily recognised in his work. His paintings are built up from a powerful centre from where the painting springs to life, and at the same time draws the spectator into the motive. He has an incredible ne sense for mixing the colors he uses. This, combined with a highly professional method of painting, results in a very ne balance in his paintings. This has placed Jannic in a strong position in the world of non-gurative abstract art. D: Jannic wurde 1948 geboren und hat seit 1982 als Kunstmaler gearbeitet. Trotz seiner langen Karriere wird er immer noch als Knstler gesehen, der voll von Leben und Vitalitt ist, welches man auch in seine Werken deutlich sieht. Seine Bilder werden um einen starken zentralen Punkt aufgebaut. Von hier aus entspringt alles und saugt gleichzeitig das Publikum in das Bild hinein. Er hat ein sehr gutes Gefhl, was die Farbwahl angeht, welche immer sehr schn in Balance ist, kombiniert mit einer sehr professionellen Maltechnik. UK: All our paintings are hand painted on a high canvas quality mounted on a 4 cm thick pinewood stretched bars structure. Each painting is unique and, as our artists do paint the sides of the canvas as well, our paintings look very exclusive without frame. We do though also have a very elegant gallery oating frame in our assortment, if you wish the painting to be framed. The thickness of the frame is 5,2 cm and its width is 1cm. The frame is available in full black colour or in silver out frame colour with black inside. D: Alle unsere Bilder sind handgemalt und auf einen 4 cm dicken Keilrahmen gespannt. Jede Malerei ist ein Unikat und dadurch, dass die Knstler auch den Rand der Leinwand bemalen, ist das Bild auch ohne Rahmen sehr schn in Szene gesetzt. Wir empfehlen jedoch, die Bilder in einer eleganten Galerie in Schweberahmen einzupassen. Diese Rahmen sind 5,2 cm tief und 1 cm breit, womit ein sehr schner und exklusiver Ausdruck erreicht wird. Die Rahmen bekommen Sie in den Farben schwarz oder silber mit schwarzer Innenkante. F: Tous nos tableaux sont peints la main sur une toile canvas de haute qualit monte sur un chassis en pin de 4 cm.
