COMES NOW, accused assisted by the Public Attorneys Office for this Motion ONLY and unto the Honorable Court most respectfully state that: 1. That the accused, MERJELITO RADAN a.k.a BRIAN , stands charged in the above-entitled case and the bail bond recommended for this temporary liberty is set at P 20,000.00; 2. That the accused is currently detained at Zamboanga City Reformatory, Zamboanga City; 3. That the above-named accused is not a fix income earner and is not in the financial position to post the recommended bail bond; 4. That the above-named accused with the help of his relatives and friends can only afford to raise the sum of P 15,000.00 for the bond; 5. That the above-named accused commits to appear before the Court whenever his presence is required. WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of the Honorable Court that the recommended bail bond of P 20,000.00 for the accused be reduced by one-fourth or to P15,000.00.
