GLONET PRIVATE LIMITED, (Company Reg no: C-383/ 2009) is a subsidiary of Ferose
Investment Company Pvt Ltd (No: C-315/ 2004), was established to provide more educational
and training opportunities for students, young adults as well as for those interested in continuing
education. Glonet sees itself as a provider of such services in partnership with established and
recognised institutions locally and abroad.

“GLONET”, was formerly introduced as “GLOBAL NETWORK” representing 5 Universities /

Colleges and today we represent 16 Universities and Colleges from Australia, Singapore,
Malaysia, India, Russia, and Sri Lanka. The aim of this program is to guide Maldivian students
while choosing their career and higher educational opportunities abroad.

Student Recruitment and Information Centre:

Student recruitment for overseas universities is the core service that we provide. Here, we focus
on providing comprehensive information about the various institutions that we represent,
disseminating information on the education systems of the countries in which these institutions
are based, processing student applications, visa application services, pre-departure seminars and
briefing, airline travel and documentation as well as any other necessary assistance to students
who will be embarking on studying overseas

University Education Guide (UEG):

A bi-annual publication which is a compendium of articles and
information related to University programs serving the purpose of
providing high school graduates and employees with free education
resource. The plat form also allows universities to actively promote
offering by means of advertising. The UEG is intend to serve as a
directory of University College programs to secondary school
students, parents, supervisory and managerial employees who are
interested in career development and training. This is the only
education guide in the Maldives and its is distributed as a FREE
copy
University Education Fair (UEF):
Bi Annually GLONET takes initiative in organising enriching events in conjunction with its partner
universities and colleges. UEF committed to provide a friendly environment where Universities
and Colleges can meet together with the prospect students, heads of HR departments and other
senior officials who make decision of staff development and those
individuals looking for career development and training
opportunities. In addition, it also provides an avenue for
prospective students to meet with the current students / alumni to
share knowledge and experience about further education in a
different country.

Conducting Cooperate Trainings

In the past Glonet has conducted numerous corporate
trainings with
partnership with professional corporate trainers from over
seas. These include numerous programs focusing on soft skills
quality assurance, occupational health, safety standards &
technical skills for manufacturing and service industries. We
also engage in English Language Proficiency programmes for
the public and private sectors.
